COPPERFIELD Arvostelua 

We booked a table for 6.15 arrived on time. The waitress looked stressed and said the people who are sat in your table haven’t left yet going to sit you round the other side of the bar. We don’t want to sit there no people no atmosphere. Can we sit this side of the bar.? She said ‘look I’m just trying to get you sat!’ Oh sorry I thought we were the customers look like we are an inconvenience. She was very rude.
My husband and I ordered the carvery my son ordered a Mac and cheese with dough balls. My husband went to the bar and paid at 6.25 pm. We had gone and got our dinners and eat them and my son’s dinner hadn’t even come out.! After several times chasing it they finally brought it out saying they would refund us for his dinner as we had to wait.
We would have liked to have eat together that was the whole point of going out. Customer service severely lacking need staff training in this and how to deal with when busy attitude also not good. A party of 20 was coming in behind us we were a party of 3 and it was quite frankly a car crash even though the waitress apologised for being rude and the partial refund it was too little too late our visit was already ruined. Would they have liked it if they were us .. answer absolutely not. We are paying good money this was not good enough. If you want to eat together as a family with good customer service this is definitely not the place for you.

One of the worst experiences of my life! When I say this place is dirt, I really mean it, ordered starters, took 1 1/2 hours, and still had to ask where the food was only to be told one of the ovens is broken! Went to the carvery to be told even though we paid for large, we couldn’t have the amount of meat because there wasn’t enough! The veg was disgusting and the potatoes looked recycled! The young staff are vile! The nicest one was a lady with a hearing aid who seemed to try and calm situations but all the others were taking complaints and shrugging their shoulders! Then a full on fight broke out on the table behind us, the staff asked them to leave, but no apologies to the customers who had to experience that! Avoid at all costs!

Poor service, running out of meat and ran out of salted caramel sundae. Staff member ( male, blonde hair with a pony tail ) looked like he didn't want to be there and really didn't give a toss. First time there and will be the last time.

Copperfield are a great company. Excellent curated clothes and accessories. Prompt delivery. Environmentally aware packaging. I had an issue with an item which prompted them to see if it could be replaced or whether I should be refunded in a timely manner. Brilliant service.

Just had another order delivered from 'Copperfield' the shoes are fantastic !!...I ordered the wrong size ( my fault) ...but the wrong size were collected from me next day and the Correct size arrived the day after...brilliant service...also bought some "Malin and Goetz" products from them, they are highly recommended....cheers guys...top service....John, Blackpool

Copperfield a great store with some fantastic clothes. The in-store experience is brilliant, the staff are super helpful, offering good advice.

I ended up caught in indecision whilst in their shop and made my purchase via the website which was all very smooth. It was dispatched and delivered very quickly.

Early afternoon I needed two gift vouchers delivered the following day. The guy in the St Albans shop was so helpful and true to his word I received them the following day. Can't really ask for much more than that.

A1 service will definitely purchase again

lady on the phone is extremely rude no customer service. Put hte phone down on me half way through speaking. If ignorance and poor customer service is what your after give these guys a call
