DCI was amazing cannot recommend them enough! So happy I took the plunge! My Dentist Mert was amazing! Eda was fantastic, put me at ease straight away and we laughed through the whole process, and Aysen communicated with me the whole way about flights and hotels.

Implants and tooth extraction
I had 8 implants placed and several teeth extracted just two days ago at DCI Dental Center, and I am honestly amazed at the entire experience.
During the procedure, under local anaesthetic, I felt ZERO pain or discomfort and afterwards, I had no pain, no swelling, nothing. I still can’t believe how smooth and easy it all was. Dr. Sercan did an absolutely impeccable job. I had been postponing this for years because of my fear of dentists, but if I had known it would be like this, I would have done it long ago.
The whole team made the process effortless. The assistants Alyona and Ilana were in constant communication with me, handling all the appointments, hotel, and transport. They were always available, attentive, and more than helpful at every step.
I cannot recommend DCI Dental Center enough. They completely changed how I see dental treatment, and I am beyond grateful for the care I received and I am looking forward to coming back in 4 months to finish everything up

С самого начало знакомства с клиникой коммуникация была весьма профессиональной со стороны персонала , информационно сопровождала меня Зарина. Соответственно первоначальное впечатление и понимание сработало . В дальнейшем меня сопровождала Алена во всех моих вопросах , весьма благодарна за время удаленное мне в сопровождении.

Clinique a eviter abdolument ! Ils sont malhonnetes et n'en veulent qu'a votre argent. Si vous avez un probleme comme ce fut mon cas ils font preuve de la plus parfaite mauvaise foi et n hesitent pas a mentir et contester l'expertise ecrite d un dentiste reconnu. A la fin ça coute beaucoup plus cher et soyez heureux si ca ne vous coute que de l'argent. Pour certains, regardez sur internet cela leurs a couté leur santé.
Avoid this clinic even if it looks nice and attractive, they are dishonnest and only care about money . They give you a price by phone and when you arrive there they try to raise the bill. But if you refuse they'll do the work anyway. That simple fact shows their crooked state of mind. Then if there is a problem as there was with me they simply refuse to do anything and don't hesitate to lie and contest the written expertise of a well known dentist. At the end it will cost more money and be happy if it s only money because look around on the internet I'm not the only one to have experienced their bad faith and for some unfortunate people it cost them their health.

Sie geben Ihnen telefonisch einen Preis, und wenn Sie dort ankommen, versuchen sie, die Rechnung zu erhöhen. Aber wenn Sie nein sagen, machen sie trotzdem die Arbeit . Diese einfache Tatsache zeugt von ihrer korrupten Gesinnung. Wenn es dann ein Problem gibt, wie es bei mir der Fall war, ist es ihnen egal, sie handeln bösgläubig und wollen nichts wissen. Sie scheuen sich nicht zu lügen und sogar das schriftliche Gutachten eines bekannten Zahnarztes anzufechten. Am Ende kostet es Sie und mich viel mehr. In meinem Fall hat es mir nur Geld gekostet, aber andere – schauen Sie sich im Internet um – hat es ihre Gesundheit gekostet. Vertrauen Sie ihnen nicht, es gibt so viele andere Kliniken.

Dear Mr. Boris Boissenin,
Thank you for choosing our clinic and for the trust you placed in us during your treatment process. However, due to the claims you have made on public platforms, we feel the need to clarify certain points.
As clearly stated in our records, we only performed treatment on your lower jaw, which included the placement of 6 implants and 12 zirconium crowns. This treatment was successfully completed on 11.03.2024. Additionally, on 06.04.2024, you returned to our clinic with a concern about your bite, and an occlusion check was carried out. Your upper jaw had already been treated prior to your arrival, and all of our procedures were planned and carried out according to the existing upper structure.
You did not report any issues for a significant period following your treatment, and since there are no natural teeth in the lower jaw, it is physiologically implausible for our restorations to exert any harmful pressure on the upper bridge. According to the report from your dentist in France, the real problem was caused by excessive force on the front bridge due to a lack of proper occlusal contact in the posterior area. This indicates a planning error in the treatment of the upper jaw.
All procedures carried out at our clinic are documented, recorded, and secured through patient agreements. Every step was completed based on the clinical conditions at the time and with your consent. Therefore, requesting us to take responsibility for a treatment we did not perform — and using accusatory or threatening language in the process — is both unfounded and lacking in good faith.
At DCI Dental Center International, we are fully equipped with all necessary medical and legal documentation and will not hesitate to present it before any national or international authority if needed.
We sincerely hope that you can resolve your issue with the clinic responsible for your upper jaw treatment and wish you a speedy return to full health.
