I wish there was a zero rating
I wish there was a zero rating. Return received 25th November. Refund apparently !! processed 2nd December. Told me it would be quicker to accept a credit on account when initially had to start a return. Had to change that to original method. Keep checking with bank. Like many others several emails , chatbot , apparent escalations which never happen. Just means they’ve cut you off the chat and will never reply again . Also a parcel not delivered or despatched from end of November , fake tracking given at one stage so had to query that with supplier. Still no actual despatch . Trying desperately to liaise with that company but difficult as order was via the dbz marketplace so going back and fourth. I would never ever order anything from them again , have an awful feeling I won’t get the goods or the refund on the other item. Also anyone even considering ordering something be aware it came up for me to pay a fee for insurance which would cover me if the order went missing etc. then if I had this insurance it would be quick to sort out. I thought that extremely strange as it would be up to the retailer and delivery company anyway to make sure the parcel got to me and if it didn’t then it would be between them to argue that one out. My extremely strong advice would be think very carefully before ordering.

I ordered 3 items thinking I was ordering from Debenhams £98. Only after placing my order i realised it was DBZ, went to look at reviews which are awful so I panicked and tried to cancel, but I'm glad I didn't, All items arrived very quickly and well wrapped all are excellent quality, I am very happy
Poor service and wrong refund
After ordering and paying for my item I received a message next day stating I would receive a refund with no explanation as to why my item was not being sent.
The refund was £5.60 less than I had paid.
I would not use this company again.
Absolute Scam Website
Absolute scam website. They start the return process but you literally just go round and round in circles online, getting nowhere. If you do manage to send an item back, they will not act on it and you will be continuously chasing your money. Pure theft.
They cancelled, never refunded, ignored emails
Ordered top, told 3 days later out of stock. Received email saying they would refund, then another that refund would be processed, but no refund was ever received.
I got in touch again, copied the email chain of "people" I'd been dealing with only to find out these "people" were chatbots & as my complaint was not resolved it would be escalated for "human review".
48 hours on, still no response or refund, so started chargeback through credit card provider who refunded me in a few hours.
Shocking company, please do NOT order from them

I ordered a dining table, which never came, tracking said delivered as requested and received by Konrad, I don't know a Konrad, one email confirmed the product was returned to the warehouse, and a refund would be processed through debenhams, then debenhams email to say my refund is denied as it was delivered and handed to Konrad, I can't get to speak to anyone, emails ignored, I'm now £80 out of pocket, avoid at all cost please, awful company.
Still awaiting refunds
I had items delivered in split deliveries,ist parcel sent back they confirmed on 3rd December they were issuing a refund,I am still waiting,I sent 2 more items back the pod showed recieved bk on 5th December still awaiting their main confirmation to say another refund is on way,but nothing.
It was ordered via debenhams and there useless as you can't talk to no1 all I keep getting told is the refund is working it's way through the system

Received the item, but no returns label, tried contacting Debenhams and DBZ, no response, not even sure if the emails are being read.
In the end contacted Paypal and again no joy, kept referring me back to Debenhams.

I bought from Debenhams and somehow by default ended up dealing with this company ! The product was damaged. They only respond to emails in the middle of the night and so three consecutive nights I get an email offering me discounts to keep the product. It was damaged so not fit for purpose. Finally agreed to a full refund. And then nothing, 10 days later no money back in my bank and not replying to emails.
Won’t be buying from Debenhams again either!

Never use this company
First time i used them I had an issue with the refund , severely delayed. This time, refund not received at all. I returned 5 items of clothing. Got an email to say they had been received and another email to say refund had been processed. It was not received. They do not respond to emails or complaint emails. There is no phone number. Had to do a chargeback through credit card company to get my money back. This is not the point, it should not be happening and they need to be stopped.
Avoid at all costs
Trying to organise a refund with Greet Dreams Limited. There’s no online returns portal through the Debenhams website. All you can do is email them to organise the return. Which I have done repeatedly without response. My bank say they can’t help because the item has been delivered. So misleading as you think you’re buying from Debenhams as a trusted brand. So rubbish.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Using Debenhams name but nothing about it is Debenhams. Bought items, returned them and instead of getting a refund I was given "gift cards". Sent 5 emails trying to get my money back. All have been ignored. SCAM!!!

Got email to say they will refund 1 item only. No acknowledgement of other items. Contacted via WhatsApp and only get automated reply.
Sent email with all info, still waiting for a reply 1 weeks later.
Online account also no longer shows 1x item up for refund.
Similar issue with previous order when it took ages to get refund for returned items and online account not up to date.

Never again will I buy from this company. I thought I was dealing with debenhams! You cant speak to anyone. Emails get ignored. Returns process is ridiculous!

Waiting for refunds of 2 x £300 returns for 4 weeks. All contact via AI. Shockingly poor. Also, returned to Karen Millen at the same time. Not received that refund either. I am led to believe that all are managed under the same ‘umbrella company’. Debenhams used to be a pride of the country. I will never (alongside others) shop there again. P.s. my sister is in a similar situation - no refund after 3 and a half weeks. Terrible.

Really poor customer service. Unless you are really sure do not buy as getting your money takes longer than any other company. I am still waiting for my refund nearly 3 weeks after acknowledgement that they had received the pyjamas.
