Be careful when ordering from this company. I purchased a pair of shoes, but they were too big and the material felt very cheap. I decided to return them, and the shoes were never worn and remained in their original condition. However, they are refusing to issue a full refund. I have attached a copy of their email regarding this issue.

Horrible experience. Shoes advertised as extra wide, with illustrations and all, were actually abnormally narrow. Secondly, customer service email replies to my return requests were trying to get me to accept a different shoe model , and when I declined they asked me to take a 50 % refund stating that I would have to pay for shipping if I returned them and it would take awhile to process. Also, their phone helpline is eternally busy.

Shipped from China and took a month to arrive. Shoes were too small and poor design for my feet, but were cute. They do not accept returns but offer a discount for another purchase instead. Conversations were answered, but all responses took days for negotiations. I think they are China based for customer service and returns. Bad experience.

I received a pair of shoes that did not fit and I contacted them to return the shoes. I have gotten at least five emails from them, offering me an amount and to keep the shoes. I have asked every single time for the return address and they still refused to send it to me.

The shoes are too big and despite returning the product via amazon with a promise for a prepaid label within 5 to 7 business days to return the item at no charge this has not occurred. No return label has been received after three weeks. The shoe seems nice but not true to sizes both in length and especially width.

Hi I buy it two pre shoes one one them make my heel pain near to feels heel spur I have to use every day near to 12 hours night time I can’t go sleep , I don’t like it I waste money unfortunately I didn’t know the return rule

O ordered my size but it came a bit bigger so I emailed them. They let me keep the shoes and gave me a voucher so I can order the size I wanted and just pay for the shipping. I thought it as a fair deal. The shoes came after a week and it’s really nice and comfy!

This is a very dishonest company. I ordered shoes and per their policy emailed them to request a return within the 30 days as stated on their website.
In addition, they sent the wrong sizes! They refused the return and said they’d instead credit me for only 2 shoes out of the 5 pairs.
They refuse to give me my money back! They have also become radio-silent to emails and their contact number is “out of service.”
This screams scam company!

Do not buy from this company I bought a pair of sneakers specifically to wear without socks the mesh was not soft at all and scratched my feet very uncomfortable than when I emailed them for a return they told me could cost $35 to return plus a long waiting period so they can inspect them i only paid $70 so I guess I own a pair of sneakers I can't wear i am not going to send them back and hope I get half my money back in 2 months unacceptable

Took over 3 weeks to receive my order then once I finally got the shoes they run very small. Trying to send them back and received a email saying it will cost from $18-$20 to return them. Or they will give me 50% off on a new pair to buy. What kind of company doesn't stand behind there product and charge the customer for there mistake on sizes. If the size was alittle small ok I'd understand but the size is way off. Buyers beware. Sizes run small and to return is a huge hassle.

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes. 1 pair fit great, other pair runs very large and doesn’t fit. I’ve been able to exchange and still doesn’t fit. They’re telling me I can’t receive another pair because they were free ! I purchased these shoes and policy states 100% satisfaction. This policy is fraudulent. They will not grant me my correct size nor will they send info to be able to return and exchange. Please don’t order from them unless you’re sure of fit ! Fraudulent policy!!! Update: I would never purchase from this company again!! Fraudulent policy 😡! They take advantage of people and their money!!! Beware!!

This has been the worst experience. I have tried to reach out now four times to customer service and the phone never rings and I have emailed three times on email and Facebook messenger with no responses.

I tried to do my homework, I wanted to buy from an American Company. It took over a month to get them from China. I do like the shoes and they are decent quality. They do run very narrow! I would return but the reviews seem to say it won't happen. I will try to break them in. They are leather so I hope they will eventually stretch out.

Shoes are a scam. Good luck trying to get a return. Just do what the Chinese do. Cut them up and use them in a stir fry. You will never get satisfaction from these scammers.

This company is fraudulent and dishonest - a total racket. They pretend to be a Colorado company (some places state Italian), but are actually Chinese. Their “return policy” as stated online is completely false. They will take your money and after 2-3 weeks send you the shoes, but if you need to return them, you are denied a refund. Return policy states returns allowed within 30 days of unworn shoes in original packaging, but regardless they will deny a refund and instead offer an exchange or a “half price refund”, which would be effectively nothing after the shipping costs of returning the shoes all the way to China. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DBECK SHOES!!!!

This is a take your money and run company. Buyer beware. I need to return a pair of shoes that were too small and followed their return process. My emails went unanswered. I sent to every email address on their site. Their phone number is fake. For an 800# is constantly rings busy. The product material is not real leather and they come from China. I will never buy from them again.

BUYER BEWARE – do not purchase from this seller. The most unprofessional and difficult online seller I have ever dealt with.
The shoes I received are far too small, my usual size is EU39, to be safe I ordered EU41 and they are still to small. The arch support insole supplied with the shoes are far too big and do not fit into the shoes. I have requested a return address for a full refund, they will not provide the address, instead they offer a replacement pair of shoes at 80% discount and provide an email link to order and pay for the replacement shoes. However when using the link it is never the agreed discounted price at check out. Don’t believe anything they say. They do not honor their returns policy and despite what they say they will not provide you with a discounted or free pair of shoes it’s all a ruse.

Reply below from DBeck Shoes is not true. My request to return the shoes was well within their 30 days returns policy. In fact nothing in their reply is true. I Still haven’t received any instructions to enable return - nor will they ship the correct size shoes….26 emails back and forth and still nothing.

9 July Update I have now received a replacement pair of shoes from DBeck, they were supplied without me having to return the first pair and at no cost to me. The shoes look good and feel comfortable, however I still haven’t worn them.

PURCHASE AT YOUR PERIL! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY…My purchased shoes were too tight so I wanted to return them. I was told that the date for returns had expired so I sent screenshots of the delivery date. They apologised and said that ‘as a gesture of goodwill’ I could have 50% off another pair and $10 toward the return postage.. Nowhere in that email stated that if I took the 50% offer, I could not return the shoes, but that is what they came back with and even suggested I gift them to someone else (at my expense). They have now ghosted me..I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. It seems that most of the one star reviews are about returns….do not buy from this company

It's been 8 weeks since I made an order for shoes and paid but the shoes have still not arrived. This company has failed to sort out the problem , I think they farm out their logistic and customer service so you never get a satisfactory answer and they have been very reluctant to offer me a refund so I have no choice but to raise a dispute with PayPal and hopefully get my money back. This all takes time and effort so I wish I had never bought shoes from them and certainly won't be buying anything from this company in the future.

I am wondering if I purchased these from actual DBeck. It took weeks for them to arrive and when said they had arrived they hadn’t. Came from an Asian Country. Week after received them and too big. Want to return for full refund and they are trying to sell me another pair correct size with 70% off. Again told them I’m returning for full refund. They tell me I have to pay shipping. After couple emails they now send me address to return in CA which is a totally different Company. Being scammed please advise
