We genuinely couldn’t recommend Dazy Dog more. It’s a brand we truly stand behind.

What started with one bed back in 2022 has somehow turned into 6…in the lounge room, bedrooms, the car… basically anywhere Milo and Poppy like to nap. That alone says everything.

The quality is exceptional. They’re supportive, durable, easy to wash, and still look fantastic despite daily use. The attention to detail in every product is something you don’t often see. As someone who’s passionate about canine health, I love knowing they’re resting on beds that properly support their joints and comfort.

We’ve been lucky enough to follow Dazy Dog from early in their journey, and watching this small, Aussie family-run business grow into such a well-loved and trusted brand has been incredible. Their success is no surprise.

Aaron, Andy and the entire Dazy Dog crew are some of the kindest, most genuine and generous people you’ll ever meet. Their passion for improving the lives of dogs shines through in everything they do, and it’s exactly why we’ll continue supporting and recommending them.

A brand we trust, created by people who genuinely care, and products our dogs absolutely love.

You guys are incredible! Keep shining! We adore you 🥰🥰

I ordered a Dazy Dog bed on Monday over the phone. I spoke with someone in the store. I received the order on Wednesday two days later.

I had a few questions on what side to get my Labrador Retriever as I thought I was between sizes. Over the phone the team ran through my bed options and got me into the right size. I settled on the Large signature bed in brown boucle'.

10/10 for customer service. Would highly recommend.

I would give it a negative or at least a 0 if I could. A formal complaint has been made to ACCC. Please be warned that this company has no accountability. Dog bed purchased for $548 including cover made on 20th June. Got an email from Kirsty from customer service to say they can't use AustPost due to the bed size. So to send them my residential address. Which I did. Email back to say they have allegedly shipped the bed on 25th June with tracking information to follow. Never received it. This is delivery from NSW to VIC. After countless of calls and emails, each time the person who picks up the phone has no idea or clue that we have lodged an issue of missing order. Even though the email I got on 3rd July said they'll raise an 'investigation' with the warehouse. 9th July and 13th July, I emailed again as we have not heard anything. No reply. It's been 2 weeks. I'm very sure Dazy Bed is a scam. I'm demanding for a full refund but I am also sure they will not honour it. Do not buy from Dazy Bed

DO NOT BUY! The ACCC suggested I write a review here to advise future buyers. Dazy Dog are not currently delivering items to customers and they aren’t communicating. It is literally impossible to call them and get them to pick up their phone. The ACCC said they are putting a case together so it’s unlikely Dazy Dog will be in business for much longer. For anyone reading this, try and call them - I promise you they won’t answer. They do not have any products on hand and they do not ship items.

I'm very disappointed in the quality considering how expensive this bed is. I bought a medium round bed with the boucle cover. The boucle fabric looks ok from far but really thin you can literally see through it when held up. Not to mention it's deteriorated after washing. AND the water proof liner is so thin my finger nail went through it when I put the bed back together. Looked nice online but sadly really bad quality.

Great orthopedic beds. The foam is perfect and the circle is great for dogs that like to curl up when they sleep, but also stretch out - I have a 7 kg mini foxi and he loves it. Had a quality issue on the cover of my second bed (bought 2 as I liked the 1st one so much) and they resolved it...There was a lag in reply due to them moving their warehouses but they did get back to me after a few weeks, so all good.

All I did was go on their website and- I didn’t give any details and I wake up to a spam text from them this morning. When I try to unsubscribe, it’s impossible to do so which by the way is illegal in Australia.

Don’t waste your time or money!
I reached out to them under warranty as the foam mattress suddenly was full of mould. They claimed they have never seen it happen before which is lies as I now see other reviews with the same issue.
They said they would send me a free replacement. Sent me the invoice for it and the tracking number which said “waiting for updates from sender”. 3 weeks later no package, so I emailed to check in. Didn’t hear anything back so emailed again after another week and pretty sure they have blocked me now as I didn’t get the auto reply email this time and still no reply.

Supposed to be coated with an anti microbial that prevents mould.... we have 2 beds and found what looks like mould when we removed the covers... emailed and got no response... we have a small child so this is pretty concerning.

This bed is amazing. Our dog loves it. It's easy to assemble and wash. We bought the large for our golden retriever and it's the perfect size, being roomy enough for her to spread out. She loved the "pillow" on the edge too.

I still do not have my package after a month and I have contacted the company twice with no reply. Very disappointed!

Terrible quality, and doesn't last long... What a waste of money. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This bed is cheap and nasty. It arrives all wrinkled and the wrinkles never go away. The stitching on the inside is messy and cheap. I am waiting for details on how to return and get my money back.
