Day's Motor Group Arvostelua

Fast and great service from job, made picking & collecting the car simple and fast

Spotted the car of my dreams on the Day's website so contacted David Hanney and as I live on the other side of the country he went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and to accommodate me during the purchase including moving the vehicle to another branch for free which helped massively on collection day. I travelled to Cardiff where I was met by Mike Sizer for the hand over who very kindly collected me from the train station ( on his day off!)
I am overjoyed with the car and the service I have received from Day's, my thanks to David and Mike for everything.

Dave Haney at Haverfordwest Motorpark was very helpful and patient. Explained everything about the car and answered all our questions. Highly recommend!

Josh from Days Llansamlet branch, was very helpful, supportive and patient with us when buying our new car.
Due to my husband only being home on weekends it took a few weeks to sort things out. He was very patient with us. When I had question about the car and he couldn't let me know straight away he said he would find out and within 10 minutes he phoned me back with the answer. Excellent customer service from first seeing the car to test driving it and finally picking the car up.

Josh in llansamlet branch was very polite, professional and patient. I wanted to buy an automatic and had never driven one before. I was quite nervous but he explained everything thoroughly making sure i was confident to take the car for a test drive. He was very thorough talking me through the various controls and features that the car had. The car was ready a few days later and the purchasing process was very quick and straightforward. He arranged the tax & insurance for me to get home and also the signing over of my old car to them. I would highly recommend him, he was knowledgable and answered any questions or concerns i had, and importantly he wasnt pushy as some sales people can be. A very happy customer.

Had an amazing experience with Wayne with nothing but great and excellent service. Helped me so much with getting my first car and I couldn’t have had a greater experience.

Josh was a brilliant support when buying the car, he was polite and did not rush us . Very informative and never once pushy throughout the whole process, very organised on the hand over and always communicated well via email or phone. Fabulous service and within 2 days we had the car! Would highly recommend Josh in Llansamlet branch !

Dave Hanney, Haverfordwest - brilliant! Thank you so much for your help the day we bought the car; we came along to browse; you took on board what we were looking for and we drove away with a car that had just turned up that day! (Nov '23) A great find and a great service; including the after service when we noticed the moonroof cover got loose. I meant to write a review sooner! Better late than never! Thank you

I have bought a car from Days at Haverfordwest Motorpark and Dave Hanney has made it so easy and stress free. He is knowledgeable, helpful, very calm and not at all pushy.
