If Daxtools would answer the webchat, everything would be fine. Tried to contact both on webchat and via email as there is no phone number. Roughly 4 hrs later no reply, so it looks like lost business for Daxtools.

Ordered a Milwaukee die grinder, order was never dispatched, emailed Dax Tools multiple times and never received a response, having to go through bank to get a refund.

The products in stock are a decent price and a lot of good battery powered products are available,I would like to see a few more brand names in the line up if possible,the delivery times in the Republic of Ireland are exceptional and always arrive within 1-2 days of purchase,I have made 2 purchases so far both ego battery powered products for the garden and my experience has been really top notch on all fronts,I will be buying more products from this company in the future
