Dawn's Sunday pilates classes always make a wonderful start to the week. I leave feeling relaxed, warm and centred every time. A massive bonus is that since starting pilates classes I no longer suffer from a bad back.

Was my first time doing Pilates and Dawn was very welcoming and the classes went quickly. Dawn provides exercises for different levels and you do can what feel comfortable with.

Love these classes! I signed up in September 2022 and it's the best thing I did. Dawn is a great instructor and helps everyone regardless of their fitness level, she is very supportive giving you different options for all the exercises, allowing you to choose what's best for you. I would definitely recommended these classes

I find the classes really help with my limb problems with the strengthening exercises- my body knows when I have missed a class!

I've only been to a few weekly classes but I believe they have helped my hip and lower back pain greatly. I'm still taking prescribed meds but do feel much less pain and more freedom of movement. I got my husband to join me too with her online/ Facebook classes

Quality classes at a good price. Dawn is welcoming, professional and knows her stuff. All levels are catered for and her classes are well prepared and always interesting. Pilates has massively helped my arthritic hands and feet. Highly recommended.

I have done Pilates for about 5 years after a chiropractor recommended I do classes to build up core strength to help with the lower back pain that I was experiencing.

I was recommended by my back surgery to join either Pilates or yoga, I couldn’t of picked better class to join. I have only been going for short few weeks but love my weekly class and hopefully this will mean I won’t need surgery on my back. See you next term.
