Avoid Davizi Jewels. I bought my wife a diamond bracelet, and in just 7 months two diamonds fell out. Robert Davydov, the manager, first said I could pay for repairs, then lied about not being able to reach his boss, only to later offer a partial credit. I refused—this is a defective product. I’ve lost all trust, and they still won’t give a full refund. Poor quality, dishonest communication, and zero accountability.

I ordered a ring first. It arrived very quickly, and is exactly what I expected. Beautiful! Then, I ordered the matching earrings. They also arrived in two days, and are just as gorgeous! The customer service is also great. I reached out after realizing I forgot to take advantage of the discount promotion. They gave me the credit without any issue. Great experience overall!
