STAY AWAY, company is bogus. Ignore responses they are very bogus.
Under no circumstances you should get tied up with this company. They say one thing on the phone and do another. I have sent so many clients here and though the issues they ran into was solvable and small in the bigger scheme… using them myself recently was absolute hell— not to mention it took 3 weeks to even have set up. This company is immensely bogus and do not stick to their own terms of service when they default.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I assure you it’s best to do so.

I found the entire process difficult and increasingly expensive
I found the entire process difficult. My goal when doing business with them was to obtain a virtual address specifically and only to use for my Google Business Page. They specifically advertised that they could help. However, as the process commenced and Google imposed roadblocks, DaVinci solution was to upsell me on a more expensive add-on to 'resolve' the issue. At each step of the process Google had additional roadblocks for which your DaVinci had another add-on. If Davinci is going to advertise that they can provide this product they should be aware of the process Google will impose and should show integrity and disclose the entire process as well as the entire cost including add-ons needed to complete the process successfully. Instead each time another roadblock presented itself they blamed Google and sold another add-on. At this point it has been several weeks and I still have been unable to successfully complete Google's verification process and I doubt I ever will be completely successful.

A tale of two experiences: Exceptional leadership saved a rocky start
Setting up my six-month lease with Davinci proved to be an unexpected "roller coaster." My initial experience with Meghan Whitaker was, unfortunately, highly unprofessional. Our telephonic exchange was fraught with unnecessary tension. I found her communication style to be abrasive, involving raised voices and a dismissive attitude regarding my inquiries into billing and documentation. It reached a point where I felt legal intervention might be necessary to resolve the dispute.
However, the situation shifted entirely once I reached her manager, Chantel Sloan. Chantel was the epitome of professionalism, being calm, pleasant, and solution-oriented. She immediately de-escalated the situation and applied a credit for the billing discrepancy. This was followed up by Grace Tuffour, a Grade A representative who was instrumental in getting the ball rolling and finalizing the setup. While the initial "ridicule" and harshness I experienced were offensive, the high-caliber service from Chantel and Grace restored my confidence in Davinci.
