Angela Benassi was incredibly helpful. We ran into an issue with the venue's food policy for the space we rented, and Angela jumped in right away to help. Our assigned meeting room was not available upon arrival. We were relocated to a different one for first hour and then allowed to go into original, larger room. We were charged a $25 fee for a date change - but it seems like it was never changed.

Booking was easy and the team is very responsive and helpful. It has been a pleasure working with them.

My experience was very disappointing. I paid for a meeting room, but when I arrived, no one had given me access to it or set it up, so I was ultimately unable to use the service I had paid for.

I tried to find someone who could help me, but I couldn't find anyone who could resolve the situation. Even the building manager who was available couldn't help me because they weren't familiar with the Davinci service.
I believe that if a meeting room is offered and charged to a customer, it should be available and properly set up at the reserved time. In this case, I paid for a service I didn't receive, which was very frustrating and unprofessional.

I hope you can review what happened and consider a refund, as the room was never available to me and, therefore, I couldn't use it.

What made it great? My friend and I needed a mid-point meeting spot between the east and west sides of the state. 120 N. Washington, Lansing was the place. When choosing where to hold the meeting, the website photos helped me figure out that a small, two person room would work for my needs. The CSR answered my questions. The booking was easy and then I made the appointment. On the scheduled day, I was warmly greeted when I walked in the door. The person lead us to the room and when asked, immediately got a chair from another room to match the existing desk chair. She then told me how to access the WiFi which I did. It was easy. The staff was great. Davinci worked perfectly.

The facility was easily accessible and had all the amenities we needed for a successful meeting.

no clear disclosures regarding use when booking-e.g., no calls allowed. Burying in the terms and conditions is purposely hiding it and then suddenly providing an email with these limitations so a person realizes they cannot not even use the space. Great way to make $30 off business folks who are quickly looking for a solution while traveling. Of course no refunds when did not show up.

I kept trying to cancel and couldn't get the system to work and kept getting an error so I paid for something we never used.

Very efficient and responsive service. Extremely pleased with costs. I intend to use for all my meeting space needs.

Repeat Bookings! We have used Davinci for multiple meetings and each time has been a simple booking experience and the meeting space and amenities have been a wonderful experience for our team.

Weren't able to get wifi set up, they told me the code but it did not work and they werent able to help anymore than that. Missed my meeting, had to use my own Hotspot. Horrible experience. Inadequate service. Won't come again, I even explicitly mentioned in the comment when booking about wifi

The meeting room was exactly what I needed for a virtual interview. I wouldn’t have been able to get it done without Davinci! Staff was friendly and helpful.

This was our first (and likely only) time using Davinci. I arranged for my boss to use a private office near Grand Central Station. When she arrived they corrected her about calling it Davinci and said they were _______ (whatever their name is). It was dark, empty, one other man down the hall laughing. The bathroom door had no handle/lock when she arrived. She stayed and took her zoom call but it was a strange experience and unnerving. We wish you the best of luck.

Ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and the room was space was nice and clean and quiet.

I have reserved Davinci Meeting Rooms in Westport, CT many times and have always had excellent service. I just want to shout out to Gypsy Kostinuk for all her recent help with reserving, then cancelling, the reserving again conference rooms in the month of Sept. Your assistance is stellar and very much appreciated. Thank you!

Love this place and it's customer service is top notch! Angela Benassi was extremely helpful in getting me completely squared away with my reservations and was incredibly hospitable! I would definitely recommend this company if you ever a day office or conference room!
