Excellent mortgage broker company
We have used David List for many years for several remortgages. The service is always superb and the advice timely and accurate. I highly recommend them for mortgage needs.

Great advice.. new mortgage.. stress free financial planning!
I met with Andy and we discussed at some length where I currently am financially and where I want to be, to put me in the best position to move in the next few years. Andy was able to provide invaluable advice for renewing my mortgage not only to improve my financial situation moving forward but also to help me to take on a mortgage solely in my name.
Andy was brilliant, he gave me excellent advice, not only with new mortgage, but I have also been able to update my life cover as previously I didn't have enough in place, which is very reassuring to me as a parent.
I would highly recommend using a Mortgage advisor such as Andy rather than just clicking online links or using comparison sites which I had done previously, as then you're getting impartial advice from an expert which can only result in the best deal for your situation rather than hoping for the best based on very limited understanding of mortgages and life insurance not forgetting without all the stress and anxiety as to whether you've got the right deal and cover! ..makes things much easier!
