My unit was out of warranty so paid a…
My unit was out of warranty so paid a minimum fee to have a new unit fitted. Paid on line and did not hear anything for a few weeks emails were not responded too so called got through and was told some would be in touch. With 2 hours things started moving and got a date for someone to come out and fit a new unit to my bike. The guy who installed the unit was brilliant and got the new unit in within 30mins. It’s now working again and the APP show where my bike is. First part of the service was slow and felt ignored but once I called things got moving. My old unit must have been 12 years old and to have a new one installed at my house for £135.00 I continue complain about the cost. Over all datatool or Scorpion give a good service and I know my bike is looked after. I’ll use these guys\gals for many years to come.

Phoned about about my subscription
Phoned about about my subscription, wanted to pay it for the year to be told i would have to pay more than my 12 monthly subscription charge which is £10 a month. which i questioned saying he can give 10% discount then the cost would be £107 for the year.
Biketrac does the same for 99 pound a year for the same thing.
The person didnt even know what he was on about, then back tracking to make it feel like i was in the wrong for asking to speak to manager then to be told no manager around and ring me back in a week, i paid for a service expect to speak to manager, not when it suits the company to phone me back. just complete rubbish service, after being with them since 2019
£10 amonth for 60 months on current bike the tracker was £200 pounds
£10 amonth for 12 months with tracker fitted by dealer
£10 amonth for 3 months with tracker fitted by dealer

Excellent product. Auto-electrician appeared bang on time did a super neat job and did not leave until he was happy the system was working and every electrical function on the motorcycle worked exactly as it had before he started. Every bike I have owned over the last 30 or more years has had a Datatool alarm fitted. I wouldn’t go anywhere else 👍🏻

Bike tracker
Firstly I’d like to say that it was the Datatool team that made contact with me regarding my bikes tracker. It was not communicating.
My bike is very precious to me so I’m always happy that I can check through my app.
After a couple of emails and phone calls a new tracker was sent, I’ve since had it fitted and am very pleased with the support from the whole team

There system has been great few issues with the battery but were rectified, had my bike taken from my garage and with in about 15 mins was found and retrieved. This is the 3rd bike I've had it fitted to . If you want to keep your bike get one highly recommend. Just like to say thanks to the team for getting my bike back cheers guys. 👍

BMW R1300RS Tracker
Very easy to sort out the subscription for the Tracker just choose the amount of years and pay online. Unit works well and app allows control over the alerts and functions.

Had a Scorpion 🦂 tracker on my previous bike so wanted the same.
Unfortunately the fitting team couldn’t arrange it around my work availability. So I had to find an approved fitter near to me that could fit around my weekend availability & Scorpion 🦂 ok’d the fitting & now my bike is covered. 👍🏼
