Task was easy and fun to do
Task was easy and fun to do. Speaking into android phone and Iphone and seeing how accurate they were after speaking a few sentences. The people who I interacted with were easy-going and very friendly. Also received payment in a timely manner.

No payment and communication.
Intaker re-opened, I completed the task but nothing from you. I'm doubting you do pay for any tasks done on your platform. I'm having a similar issue with the email OPAL collection: no payment and hardly any communication from you.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We take all feedback seriously and have thoroughly investigated your case with the responsible project team.
Based on our investigation, we can confirm that you submitted your images twice, with two of them passing our Quality Assurance (QA) checks. However, the main issue is related to EXIF data. One of the acceptance criteria was to have the EXIF data of image intact. The EXIF data contains details about how the image was taken. If you edit or modify the image after taking it, this data can be removed. In your rejected photos this EXIF data was absent meaning that the photos had been altered before submission.
Your QA feedback, explaining these concerns, was shared with you via email and additionally is accessible in DataForce Platform’s Intaker Editor. We acknowledge that due to the project closure, the feedback wasn't readily available. We've asked the project team to reopen it, allowing you to review the feedback again.

I signed up and did one of their little…
I signed up and did one of their little tasks last summer (almost a year ago). I just got paid for it a month ago, after over 70 emails back and forth. Had to provide screenshots that I was registered and did their little task. They kept insisting that I’d sent an e-mail opting out (why on earth would I do that before compensation?!). It took about 7 months to get a $25 payment.
Edit to add: one of the reps that I emailed with was great. Emma worked hard to make sure that I was finally paid for the task. She had emailed me regarding an extra payment for the time and trouble that it took, but that didn’t work out.
This company will shamelessly take your data, then do everything possible to not pay you for your time.
