Great company to work for

The review below was unjustly removed by TrustPilot, caving to the unjust and false claim that my review of DataForce by TransPerfect was fake. Likewise, DataForce by TransPerfect thanked me for my review. If DataForce by TransPerfect thought my review was "fake", why didn't they get TrustPilot to remove my review immediately? Why did they comment on my review two days ago, encouraging me to talk to them about the project I worked on with them? Why is TrustPilot taking DataForce by TransPerfect's word at face value? They say on their site that companies cannot pay to get reviews removed, however, it appears that that may not be the case. Why didn’t TrustPilot ask for document verification before I put up my review in the first place? Why are they asking for it after the fact? Why is DataForce by TransPerfect trying get rid of my review? Because my review proves my point: they have no integrity and they are showing themselves to have none. I am posting my review again, with corrections made.

"DataForce by TransPerfect is a very disorganized company. They had wanted us to do onboarding, training, and production all within the first week. Also, they didn't really take into account any technical difficulties one may have had in attempting to access for example, LMS Training. Emails sent to HR, IT, or LMS Support would lead to Microsoft Outlook either rejecting the delivery of the email or a TransPerfect employee will send an email stating that one is not allowed access to make LMS requests or General Inbox requests. They expected us to annotate fourteen audio recordings in an hour after being trained for one week. In order to do that, one would have to do 4 annotations in a minute, which is impossible. Note, I had difficulty accessing LMS Training. The Cardamom project only last for about 2 months. When I received the termination email, I was told simultaneously that I did not meet their unrealistic and unreasonable productivity goals and that at the same time, the decision to terminate my employment had nothing to do with my skills and qualifications as a employee. It is also telling that I was terminated a day before I had scheduled to take a day off. Do not work for DataForce and do not work for TransPerfect. They have no integrity."

I am not asking DataForce by TransPerfect to investigate anything. This is a review site, not an investigation. I am leaving a review. There is nothing to investigate. I put the name of the project in the updated review. And I am certainly not replying back to DataForce by TransPerfect anymore. What do I need to reply back to them for? They fired me a week and two days after I got hired by them. There is nothing just about firing someone in a week and two days over not being able to meet unreasonable and unrealistic productivity goals. What happened to me happened. Therefore, my review should stay and shouldn't be removed. TrustPilot cannot have a review site and then allow companies to remove a negative, but truthful review because it hurts the egos of companies that don't treat their employees with respect. If DataForce by TransPerfect doesn't like my review, then that is their problem.

As a lot of international companies working on AI seem to be more of a scam to explore the ones working for them, Transperfect treats us in a honest and straifghtforward way, There's nothing hidden.

I have been part of 4 different projects with DataForce, and it was a pleasure every time.
Clear onboarding and payment at the promised time.
Would definitely recommend working with them!

I worked for DaraForce company for two months project it was really good experiene. The team was helpful and fast replier. And the payment method was fast and easy to handle

I participated in a study for smart watches. The time slot was meant to be 3 hours but we were done in about 2h15m. The data scientists were very welcoming and explained things clearly. It was a nice afternoon with some light hearted conversations and getting a little $$$ at the end. Highly recommended!

If you read all the bad reviews, you’ll understand easily that this company is a scam, full of liars..it’s always the same..after the first job all is good ..but the second job NEVER..they steal your pictures and never pay you .. I have all the proofs by email ..how they first said I didn’t follow the process and then when I tried to argue they responded saying that the project was closed when I sent the pictures.. OMG people are not that stupid.. don’t work with them ..big SCAM

About your answer, all the jobs closed were mention « closed » or not disponible.. how can the jobs being open and you said they were closed? And why waiting for me to ask what’s going on with my payment to come forward with this explanation? And after how many months? Well done 👍🏾

Their online recruiter engaged me. Told me a million beautiful things about the company. Progression, how fun it would be, how they needed someone with my language skills.
I finally logged on to the web site. Only information about the job. Not one single line on methods of remuneration.

I asked the online recruiter about remuneration and now - all of a sudden - this very energetic and communicative person did not respond any more.

I asked her twice to be sure. She saw both messages and did not respond. MAJOR RED FLAG. Do not let them use and abuse you!
