From getting replies to my questions on the mystery box within an hour, to receiving the saber from order to doorstep in 10 days, I'm impressed.

As for the saber itself, while I won't say the model since it's supposed to be a mystery to any future buyers, it was worth over the $80 I paid, so a great deal off the bat. RGBX Eco Smoothswing is excellent, and all features worked the first time. Not having to pay the Mouse for a $50 lightsaber blade BY ITSELF (mystery box comes with hilt+blade) was a refreshing change of pace.

My only regret was that I didn't know about Darkwolf sabers sooner, it would have saved me a lot of money. If you did your research like I did (Reddit, Facebook, this site, etc.), you'll see I'm not the only one who had a great experience with Darkwolf, and their good reputation is totally deserved. I'll definitely be purchasing from them again in the future!

Johnny is so professional, and a great person to deal with. I usually buy his quality products with no issues. However, recently I had an issue with one of the soundboards, and although it is not under a specific warranty, he is doing everything in his power to help. Those are the kind of people and companies I like to support. They have got my business for life. Thanks Johnny! For those in need of sabers and supplies, give Darkwolf a try, you will not be disappointed.

The quick shipping times really are true! I was the one exception a couple months back where I ordered a Obi-Wan Clone Wars neo-pixel saber and it took a little longer than usual (still less than a month), but this time it only took 9 days until my neo-pixel saber "The Keeper" arrived along with some other goodies I bought.

Everything works, nothing's broken, and am extremely satisfied with my order, as well as the great communication I had during the previous order.

This is definitely a reliable place to buy a good quality lightsaber at, and will most likely order from again (even though I already have four sabers from Darkwolf now, haha).

Better sound quality than my TXQ Saber & better functions overall. I ordered my First NeoPixel Lightsaber from you folks last week & im 100% sure i will enjoy that even more when it comes in, than im enjoying my RGBX Saber. I Highly recommend checking them out, and giving them a chance. i went on a limb & decided to purchase a saber after hearing one persons opinion on the company. most lightsaber websites ive been to, barely have options in stock & DarkWolf had a lot iof them, Custom & or Resold. Awesome website I got my lightsaber in only 10 days unlike saberforge where it takes 2 months for the lightsaber to arrive and dark wolf saber lightsabers are not as expensive as saberforge and dark wolf saber lightsabers are high quality

Customer service is so fast, so responsive, so complete, so thorough, and perfectly catered to the customer that you feel like you are the only customer he/she/they have. Amazing. Consistently under promises and over delivers. This is what all businesses/companies should strive to be like, NO CAP (that means for real, seriously, LOL).

HOWEVER...

I have 3 complaints that should be taken seriously:

1) Why in the world would there be any option to give Darkwolfsabers less than 5 stars?!?!?!?!?!!??!? This is unacceptable.

2) There should be an option for giving Darkwolfsabers more than 5 stars (at LEAST 10 stars)

3) Darkwolfsabers should have an option to donate more $$$ just because he/she/they is/are just that AWESOME. =)

Very fun and recommend this to anyone who needs a quality saber for a good price.

Johnny (Dark Wolf) is pretty well known in the community for having great customer service and being a stand up guy. I am pleased to say that I got to experience this myself. I've had the saber I purchased from him for roughly a month before the soundboard started providing issues.

Johnny was very quick to respond with proposed at home solutions to the issue, and when it looked like there was a need for someone with a more specialized eye to fix it, he offered to repair it if I sent it to him. Within a week's time, the saber was back in my hands fully operational. Additionally, while repairing the saber, he sent photos and updates actively.

I don't see myself buying a saber from another company after how great Dark Wolf treated us.

Darkwolfsabers customer service was AWESOME unlike some of the other SAVE Saber companies that are out there. After reading reviews on various websites, we chose to try this company. There was a bit of an issue with the Lightsaber but they handled it promptly and response time was fast and smooth. They were nice enough to reimburse our shipping cost as a courtesy. We ordered an Obi Wan Kenobi Lightsaber and it is everything that my son wanted! He is so pleased and I highly recommend Darkwolfsabers!

I have ordered a Therax Proffie saber from DarkWolfSabers and I was very happy with the received saber! They shipped the saber very fast too.

I had an issue with my electronics but the store owner helped to resolve the issue quickly.

Will definitely recommend this store to other StarWars/Saber fans!

Excellent budget saber for a first-time collector. The box looked like it was mauled by a dog, but that's not the fault of DWCS. So, yeah. 5/5, would buy from again

This is one of the best lightsaber companies I’ve ever experienced because they have really good customer service and they will help you anytime when you need it.

It turns out “just buying a lightsaber” is a more complicated endeavor than it sounds! My saber from DarkWolf was easy to find, arrived in a hard case, and came with clear instructions for use/care. When I needed support (just double checking charging instructions), I was able to find the answers I needed on their website and FB page.

As someone whose previous lightsaber experience was limited to department store toy models, this was a seamless transition, and looks/sounds amazing. Thanks so much!

After watching multiple unboxing videos and reading online reviews, I bought two lightsabers from Darkwolf. The Rey and Leia in Proffie Neopixel were purchased for my wife and I. As a mechanical engineer I judge quality of components that cannot be seen but that are "under the hood" so to speak. I also own 15 Master Replicas and Hasbro Force FX lightsabers. Darkwolf's sabers have blown these 15 sabers out of the water.
The protective lock box and wrapping for each individual piece was exemplary. The acrylic stand is solid and well cut. The blade plug is beautiful and fits like a glove. The retention screws are well thought out. The battery chargers are fully functioning. The Neopixel blades are flawless and frankly breathtaking to see in action.
The Rey Scavenger Proffie Neopixel is a work of art. It has not been produced by its creators, Disney, and so Darkwolf truly has done cutting edge work. It is perfect and 1:1 scale from Episode IX. The Leia Lightsaber has been made by Galaxy's Edge but the quality is no where near Darkwolf's production of it. Disney should employ this company following Master Replicas exit from the saber game. I am critical of movie props and these lightsabers are awesome. The chassis and wiring are well designed. The speaker/sound is top notch. The fonts that came preloaded on our sabers were perfect.
Well done!! I look forward to receiving my Qui-Gon Jinn lightsaber that Darkwolf has made. I am confident they will do it justice.

Amazing quality saber. I purchased my first saber from Darkwolfsabers after doing my research and watching youtubers like Lando Sabers explain the differences between what kinds of sabers there are, and what to look out for when purchasing one. I concluded that Darkwolfsabers has what I have been looking for all along. They had a budget friendly Neopixel-Proffie saber for an amazing price. As soon as I saw the sabers they had to offer on their website, I knew I had to get one. A couple weeks later, and it finally arrived. It exceeded my expectations and igniting the lightsaber for the first time truly blew me away. I will gladly return to Darkwolfsabers to buy another saber one day! Thanks again!

I ordered two lightsabers from Darkwolfsabers, and they were shipped very quickly! They finally came in today, and they look absolutely amazing! The sound is so sensitive on the smoothswing and the look and feel seems so authentic. 10/10 would absolutely order again. Only catch is with these ones you have to take the lightsaber apart a little to remove the battery to charge it and it took me a little bit to figure it out without instructions, but I got there in the end. However, when I sent a message in asking questions, they got back to me almost right away and helped me figure everything out. Absolutely amazing customer service and equally incredible product!

As always, above and beyond. I've read comments on some social media sites that say things like "DW is just another LGT reseller. These things hold back creativity in the budget saber space." I just palm my forehead. Open up ANY decent LGT saber you've got with eco smooth swing, and look at the board. What's it say on it? DARKWOLF! I argue that they have done MORE to advance the saber community in general than most, and especially when it comes to bringing people smooth swing, AND 12 watt led's, with modular hilts and outside recharge port, and a decent battery with good sound fonts for UNDER $100! In several cases for under $90! They ALWAYS responded to my silly noob questions in the beginning, and NEVER seem bothered, or too busy to not only answer questions, but actually develop a rapport with their customers. They are constantly debuting new an innovative products, that decrease the distance between budget friendly, and super high end sabers, yet also offer a great too tier line up as well. You WILL NOT have any regrets buying from these guys. Don't let the NY address but Hong Kong shipping origin throw you off. They are partnered with the manufacturer, so ship factory direct I'm guessing. Not a reseller, but an actual partnership. My favorite place to buy sabers, for good reason. Love me some DarkWolf!!
