Darklight Design Arvostelua

Great selection of products, EXCELLENTY supported by a friendly, approachable and highly communicative team....

The Darklight team’s original handling of my design questions were smooth and very easy to navigate, for a non technical person. The order process and subsequent delivery went, as expected, very smoothly, but the service difference came when I misplaced a component part of my fittings. One call, no hassle and the replacement part was posted to me overnight. An excellent experience, and the lights look amazing!

I was searching for a very specific type of artwork lighting—something that would illuminate paintings in a precise and refined way. Darklight is one of the few companies that offers this level of technology.

Jack in sales was outstanding. His technical knowledge was top-notch, and his customer service was exceptional.

When a shipping issue arose (through no fault of Darklight), Seb from logistics stepped in right away and handled it swiftly and professionally.

I highly recommend Darklight for anyone looking for high-quality lighting solutions.

Quick and easy to order, delivered promptly, lovely pendant light. Thank you.

Great team and customer service!

This is a company I use often - they have a great selection of beautiful lighting, backed up by being very helpful and accommodating. They are great resource for me.

An excellent company to deal with. They went above the call of duty to deal with the handling of a faulty product. They were very professional and handled the complaint with great aplomb.
My adviser is a great credit to the company, 5* review

1 ST TIME WE HAVE DEALT WITH THEM FROM START TO FINISH THE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION FIRST CLASS

Richard at Darklight Design is one of the most knowledgable and helpful business owners I have had the pleasure of interacting with. I have sourced lights from him three times and each time he has provided design advice and interacted with my electrician to ensure smooth fitting and operations. The whole process is seamless from enquiry through to post fitting advice.

I've worked with these guys for a few years. They have really interesting, unique and beautiful designer and architectural products. They are also great to deal with, even when things go wrong as they sometimes do.

Jack was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions (and I had a few!) and he was very efficient in providing all the information I needed and then organising the delivery of the lights. A great service and beautiful light fittings!

Thank you so much to the team @ Darklight Design. I dealt with them remotely. The team were very helpful in developing my ideas and coming up with functional stylish and suggestions. I wanted a light to highlight a very tall ceiling. I am delighted with the final choice and the lights were well packaged and shipped without problems. Great products and service.
