Arran isn’t a trustworthy person to have in your house unattended. I accidentally sent him money and he refused to send it back. Also sub-par cleaning, would hoover around a sock left on the floor rather than picking it up so the place never looked clean when he’d finished.

Do not use this service. Unfortunately we paid the price by booking this company for an end of tenancy clean. It became clear that Arran thought we wouldn't go back and check because it was an end of tenancy clean, but we did and were shocked to discover he hadn't cleaned a thing and had burnt our front garden in the process! He said he had gone back to clean the oven which you could tell an attempt had been made but it was not what you'd expect a professional cleaner to have done. He also left our kitchen window open and unlocked! Nothing else had been touched, we don't know what he spent his time doing but it wasn't cleaning. He obviously thought he would get away with it and didn't think we would go back to check. I sent him the list of what should have been done based on his email confirmation and website list, and took photos to show nothing had been done. We tried calling for a refund and he wouldn't answer, he did then reply to an email saying he would refund us but never did. Shocked. If I could put zero stars I would. Do not use!!

Really terrible experience.
Arrived more than hour early..
Guy turned - said just a friend helping out..... would not look at what I wanted doing,,, said Boss should do that!!!!
Did some cleaning .. when finished first job, went to sit down, did second job... all good tbh.....
Boss never answered any phone calls, text messages..replied to my concerns. never turned up for second week with a proper cleaner !!!!

I emailed and received a response within an hour and a visit and quote the same day! Carpets done few days later and it looks great. Lovely friendly chap,very professional and very clean carpets. Would highly recommend

Great service. Cleaned all rooms and kitchen to a high standard.
I have already booked a regular spot to keep the place to the high standard I now can enjoy.
