Personalized and quick customer service
Although a bit on the pricier side (but which flower shop in Dubai isn't), the quality of service really is outstanding. Every order is followed up with quick and personal whatsapp messages showing each step of the way until delivery. When things go wrong they quickly apologize and offer a refund or credit and they surprised me recently with a free flower bouquet completely out of the blue. And I received a promo code for a nice discount on my next order. Excellent service!

Waste of money and pour quality of flowers
I was one of the first customer fro Darcey flowers. At the begging they were amazing. For the last 2 years, the quality of flowers is so bad that even if u get them today by tomorrow they will look like they r old and u need to throw them out. Very poor quality and they will last you max 2,3 days. Such a waste of money. The bouquets from Waitrose market and Spinneys will last you min 7 days where from Darcey not even 3. Even the customer service after giving them bad feedback for few times they will not do anything to improve it. Such a waste of money for 1 day flowers which will look ok only when they deliver it to you.
For the last 4 times ai received bouquets very low quality where the flowers will go bad, brown and falling off after 1 day. Very very disappointing!!!
