Ordered one product in two different colors. Got two totally different products, neither of which met the claims on the website. Their website is void of any helpful contacts other than their "support portal" which is an email address. Of course, their Terms of Service contain this clause "We do not warrant that the results . . .will be accurate or reliable." I should have read the pages and pages of fine print.

I purchased two bras almost two months ago, still have not received them even though they say they were delivered. This company is the biggest scam ever!!! I have emailed back and forth with them to try to resolve this and still have no bras, no credit to my account.

Wrong bra,color, cheap cheap material, communication problems sent to fake email addresses why would I order a beige bra when I have 6 i order RED did not receive a refund.Buyers beware it's a SCAM if anyone knows who to contact in the BBB please do .This company is a SCAM!!¡! doesn't deserve 000stars

If there’s a zero, I would have put it. Horrible, deceptive. I received my product to find the following which I send to their customer service:

I ordered a 38D bra, the one that came was 3XL and here is how it was:
Proportion & Sizing Mismatch: The overall proportions are completely off. While the cups themselves are beautifully made, they are far too small and don't even contour the breast for a 38D. Meanwhile, the underbust band and straps are cut excessively large.

Inadequate Support: The fabric is very thin and flimsy. Even if the cup size were correct, the material lacks the structural integrity to hold or support a D-cup.

Colour Discrepancy: The colour I received is actually quite nice (peach), but I originally ordered beige, so this was an incorrect fulfillment.

Item Condition: There are no physical damages or defects. The issue is entirely an unwearable combination of bad sizing proportions, inadequate materials, and receiving the wrong colour.

It was a complete disappointment! Severe proportion/sizing flaw and wrong color sent. I ordered beige, but received a different colour. While the cups are beautifully made, they are incredibly small and don't even contour my breast for a 38D. At the same time, the underbust band and straps are huge. Finally, the fabric is entirely too thin and flimsy to offer any support for this cup size. Totally unwearable.

I ordered a bra from Danybloom and it arrived on time but wrong size and colour and the size tag had been cut out. I was very very disappointed and wrote a scathing review but I also wrote an email
To Danybloom explaining the situation. They contacted me right away and then ghosted me but I persisted and sent my complaint to them again and then they replied and refunded me. So I think they are shady but also honest

Wish I could give 0 stars never received my order. Strongly feel scamed.

Absolutely positively DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY it is a scam and the bras do not fit. I Ordered 2 bras from them they don't fit contacted them to return them ,of course you can only contact them through email. I dealing with somebody named Heeri who thinks it's okay to negotiate my money. It went from giving me back 10%, 20% and now 30% that is all they will give me back.If I want a full refund I can mail them back to Vietnam which will probably cost more then the bras. I didn't know they were coming from a different country Iwouldn't have bought them.LESSON LEARNED!

I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. Never got them. Was told they were delivered. Never got them. Wrote several emails back and forth and was offered 30% discount on next order. I did not accept it. Wanted a replacement order or full refund. Been writing for over a month. Finally they just stopped responding. Just lost my money. I got scammed. Any suggestions what I can do?

I managed to return foe a full refund after weeks of emails going back & firth. 10% & 30% Refund was unacceptable. It cost me $26 au to return to Vietnam with tracking. Post Office lady said their address was false, it didn't exist in our Australian systems on computer. I sent anyway, got the tracking number & sent to Danybloom (SCAMMERS). I received my full refund 2 days later. I had threatened them with going to PayPal with a complaint against them. NOW I notice their ads say they are Closing Down & hurry to buy before they close. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I'm pretty sure they'll use the same pics & still sell under a new business name. BEWARE!

False advertising and will not provide a full refund. The bras were non supportive and 1 came damaged. DanyBloom does not tell you shipping is to Vietnam to an unidentified warehouse. Meaning you will never see your refund and you product will be lost and shipping will be more than the purchase price you originally paid. The email told me to donate the bras if I couldn’t wear them. I received a 50% refund, but it was a lot of hassle to get it. If you’re here, you know there is no place to write a review on DANYBLOOM but the 100% satisfaction guarantee they promise and the 10% to 50% refund you receive are unethical and a SCAM.

If I could leave no stars I would.

Purchased 2 “SUPER FIRMING” bras. When they arrived there is no support at all, the material is so flimsy you can see your hand through it.

I asked for a refund but was offered first 10% then 15% partial refund and keep the items or return at my own cost for a full refund. This would cost almost as much as I paid in the first place so not economically sound.

When I emailed and said they were advertising items using false information and that I wanted a larger partial refund I was told that 15% was all they were willing to pay.

Luckily for me my order was less than $50aud so I am not going to take a big hit but I could easily have lost more and it is not the amount but the principal. This company is using false advertising to sell things and not giving any real remedy when challanged.

This company also seems to operate on VS and maybe more!

3) Order received: pants (2) = didn't send the size requested and received a gray pair instead of "sage green," and all of it is poor quality!

4) I wrote and asked for a return address (at their expense) = no response! NOTE: Their website has no address, no phone number, and no one ever calls us back... ever... CONCLUSION: We're giving up!

SOLUTION: Spread the word to everyone you know, and they should do the same... We need to protect each other! Check out other comment sites; it's incredible how many people have experienced or are going through the same thing as me!

Absolute rubbish. Sizing is rediculous, i ordered 2 the same size, one is too small and one is too big and somehow, according to them, it's my body. They sent me white when I ordered blue then told me it was a trick of the light because they sent me blue. IT'S WHITE! the straps just randomly pop off because the aluminium clips/buckles are too soft and they stretch under pressure. They did reply to my emails just to tell me I was mistaken and clearly colour blind.

Although the information said “easy return”, it is not. You have to send it to Vietnam. The cheapest shipping to Vietnam is $65. They first offer they you 5% of your order. After two weeks, they got to 25%.
The advertising is false.
Not doing that again.

De grâce n'achetez pas de cette entreprise. J'ai commandé 5 soutien gorges et n'en ai reçu que 2. J'ai suivi le guide des grandeurs mais malgré cette précaution les produits envoyés n'étaient pas de la bonne taille et impossible de vérifier car les étiquettes avaient été coupées. J'ai demandé un remboursement, on m'a offert un 10% de réduction sur les soutien gorges reçus et un remboursement total pour les 3 non-reçues. J'ai contesté cette offre, on m'a alors offert un 20% de réduction. Après m'avoir demandé plusieurs photos. Au total 15 courriels échangés pour enfin me proposer de retourner la marchandise au Vietnam à mes frais et m'offrant un rabais de 30%. J'ai pris les mesures nécessaires pour un remboursement auprès de mon émetteur de carte de crédit. Impossible de parler avec qui que ce soit. Expérience que je ne suis pas prête d'oublier sauf dans le cas d'achat chez Dany Bloom, plus jamais. Très insatisfaite.

Do not buy from them. Was not satisfied with the item, did not fit.wrote them multiple times with négative results.
After writing them many many times asking for a full refund and ask them the address for return this is négative.
Now, they would refund the full amount if I return the article to their warehouse in VIETNAM..
Option: they would refund. 20% of value so I could save money for shopping.

I ordered from DanyBloom.com and really liked the items I bought. So I ordered a few more. Bad move. The material definitely was not the same (from my original order). It was so cheap, didn’t fit right. Now they want me to send them to Vietnam and have the package tracked (which I’ve heard you can’t do). The address on my delivery is NJ. I don’t understand why credit cards won’t NOT ACCEPT scammers.

Product received is nowhere near the quality shown in the ad, awful looking too

I have ordered a size 32G and instead received a stock size L. Needless to say it does not fit. The colour was also not the same as advertised. I have tried to return and get full refund, but they are not willing to honour their return policy. I would never order from this site again.
