Misleading Site - avoid (drop shipping)
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from danxon.no based on my experience.
The product I received was not as described and the quality was far below expectations. It appears that the items are sourced from very cheap suppliers (similar to products found on sites like AliExpress) and resold at a significantly higher price, without this being made clear.
When I contacted customer service, I was not offered a proper solution. Instead, they repeatedly tried to offer small partial refunds (5%, 10%, 15%) in exchange for keeping the item. This is a common tactic used by unreliable sellers.
When I requested a return and full refund, I was told that:
the item must be returned to Hong Kong
I would be responsible for shipping, customs clearance fees, and import taxes
they are not responsible if the package is lost
These conditions make it practically impossible to return the item without losing even more money.
The communication also felt unprofessional and appeared to be standard template responses.
In my opinion, this is not a genuine Norwegian business, but a dropshipping reseller with misleading practices and unreasonable return policies.
I have chosen to escalate the matter through my payment provider.
Avoid.
