To make matters worse, a team came to inspect the damage and accepted that it was beyond repair, then confirmed that they would schedule a replacement and now, a warehouse manager (who hasn’t even been to see the damage) has decided that they won’t accept responsibility as apparently, a bit of wind and rain, now constitutes a natural disaster. Out for Delivery for a Week…But Never Arrived
I placed my order on 27 March 2026 and was led to believe delivery would take 3-5 working days. It's now been over two weeks, and this has been the worst delivery experience I’ve had.
My order was delivered to the wrong location twice, even after I updated my address on the app and confirmed it again with customer service over the phone. I was promised a quick redelivery, but nothing happened. No follow-up, no communication.
Out of four items, I’ve only received one. Two items have been stuck on “out for delivery” for over a week with no updates, and the fourth item was suddenly cancelled without explanation or refund. I also can’t cancel or request a refund through the app. It just doesn’t work!
I’ve already paid, and at this point I’m done waiting. I just want a refund immediately. Would not recommend at all.
No Delivery, No Accountability, One of the Worst Customer Experiences Ever!
I had one of the worst experiences dealing with Danube, I placed my order, made full payment, and expected a smooth process, but it turned into a complete nightmare.
My delivery was delayed multiple times, with constant promises that were never fulfilled, I was given specific delivery dates and even gave them a final chance, but no one showed up, and no one even bothered to call or inform me, completely unprofessional.
What’s more frustrating is their customer service, they kept giving vague replies and false assurances, with zero accountability, I had to follow up repeatedly just to get basic updates, which should never be the customer’s responsibility.
Because of this, I had no choice but to cancel my order and request a refund, this whole situation caused me stress, wasted my time, and disrupted my plans.
For a company like Danube, this level of service is unacceptable, once they receive your payment, it feels like they no longer care.
This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company.
I have already submitted a consumer protection request through TAMM regarding this matter, and if they fail to process my refund within the promised 7 working days, I will escalate this further and report them to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
I strongly DO NOT recommend Danube to anyone, think twice before purchasing, you might end up dealing with the same frustration.

Terrible delivery experience. Do NOT trust their delivery promises.
I placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago. At the time of purchase, they clearly stated delivery within 2 days. That never happened.
When I called customer service to follow up, the agent told me my order was "not showing on the system" — even after I sent him a screenshot of my order confirmation. He still refused to acknowledge it. I then sent the proof again via WhatsApp and still received no proper resolution.
This is completely unacceptable. False delivery timelines, a system that apparently can't track orders, and customer service that ignores evidence — I would not recommend Danube Home to anyone. Extremely disappointing.
Unacceptable Warranty Service Experience, Warranty Not Honored for Defective Dining Chair
I purchased a dining set from Danube Home in 2024 with a 2-year warranty. Recently, one of the dining chairs developed a serious issue where the back support became extremely weak and loose, despite no physical damage.
I reported this to Danube Home, and their service team visited and attempted a repair. They confirmed the chair could not be repaired and informed me that a replacement would be provided. The chair was taken to their workshop for repair or replacement.
However, after more than a month, the same chair was returned without any repair or replacement. I was then told over the phone that the chair cannot be repaired or replaced.
This is extremely unprofessional and defeats the purpose of offering a 2-year warranty. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I will not be purchasing from Danube Home again.

⭐ Very Poor Quality & Unacceptable Customer Service
I ordered a bed and TV unit online from Danube Home, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The TV unit was defective upon installation, which the technician immediately confirmed.
The bed arrived with damaged paint, very poor build quality, and produces loud squeaking noises from both metal and wood so loud that it disrupts sleep. This raises serious concerns about quality control and installation standards.
Customer service made the situation worse. I contacted the call center twice and dealt with two agents (Basma and Suheel). Both interactions were unprofessional, impatient, and aggressive in tone. Simple questions were met with dismissive responses.
With over 10 years of experience in customer service myself, I can confidently say this was unacceptable. I am still seeking a resolution and will escalate the matter to consumer rights authorities if necessary.
I would strongly advise others to reconsider before purchasing.
Poor product quality and poor after sale service
I have bought so many items from the store however the below issues occurred
Bathroom sink (no warranty):
The sink was installed in October as part of a complete sanitary system and remained intact for months. It cracked only last month when normal hot water was used during seasonal weather change. Danube Home–assigned technicians initially confirmed this as a manufacturing defect and advised it would be replaced. This position was later reversed, with the store claiming incorrect installation and refusing replacement solely because the item is “not under warranty.” This is contradictory and unreasonable, as a bathroom sink must tolerate normal temperature changes.
Warranty items:
• Dimmer lights: Four units stopped working at different times. One dimmer light and switch were replaced; the remaining failures persist. Each issue requires repeated store visits and additional labor costs at my expense.
• Shower set: Leaking and developing internal rust, indicating poor material quality.
Went to the showroom in Bahrain salmabad branch yesterday and there was absolutely no accountability for the mistakes done giving me a mixer set with a missing item that I found out after installation I noticed a small hole behind the mixer! Guess what it has a missing part from the beginning!! Also I have one more light stopped working today and a leakage from the shower set that i just exchanged yesterday to a different one because they didn’t have the same. I bought so many items and spent so much money on the products purchased from danub home Bahrain still waste of time and money. I will no longer buy anything from them and nor recommend them to anyone.

I purchased the Dream Spine mattress from Danube Home, uae and unfortunately it has been a very bad experience.
The mattress is extremely uncomfortable and caused me severe body and back pain after a short period of use.
The quality does not match the price at all, and it does not provide proper support for the body or spine, which is essential in any mattress.
I truly regret this purchase and do not recommend the Dream Spine mattress to anyone who cares about comfort and health.
Poor After-Sales Experience, Delayed Refunds & Unprofessional Customer Support
I ordered a chair online which took 8 days to be delivered. While this was longer than expected, I accepted it since the purchase was made during the festive season.
The real issue began after I raised a return request on 30 December.
There was no update at all until 5 January, despite multiple follow-ups. On my first call, a customer service agent was polite and assured me the refund would be prioritized. However, on subsequent calls, I was connected to Arabic-speaking agents who were extremely rude, raised their voices, and handled the conversation very unprofessionally.
The refund was approved only after repeated calls on 6 January, and the pickup happened on 8 January, again after multiple follow-ups from my side.
As of 13 January, there has still been no proper status update. The app shows only the initial return request—there is no tracking, no pickup confirmation, no “item received at hub” status, nothing. A customer should not be forced to call repeatedly just to understand what is happening.
To make matters worse, I was told that the refund would be credited to the Danube wallet in 7–14 business days, which is unreasonable—especially when I clearly mentioned that I intend to use the same amount to make another purchase. Even the email confirmation was sent only after I demanded it.
There is no proactive communication, no system-driven updates, and no transparency in the return and refund process. For a large retail brand, this level of after-sales service is disappointing.
Danube Home seriously needs to:
• Improve its refund timelines
• Ensure professional and respectful customer support
• Provide real-time status updates on the app and via notifications
Buying may be easy—but returning a product should not feel like a test of patience.
Unprofessional and Unreliable Company
I strongly advise against recommending this company. They are not professional at all and show absolutely no respect for customers. I placed an order on December 27, scheduled to be delivered on January 12, which is today. I received no phone call and no communication from them whatsoever. When I called them myself, they told me they had a stock issue and did not offer any solution at all. Therefore, I strongly recommend buying elsewhere, from professional and respectful companies, because these people have nothing to do with that.

They doesnt care. I never see that. If you can't cancel items make a chargeback. It's a shame to scam dubai residents like that.
