Everything was just so straightforward
Everything was just so straightforward. I received my products on time, and it was well packaged. I’m currently using them now and everything is going well. I have started noticing the difference. Will come back in 6 weeks

Incompetence
I promise you, you will hate yourself for not buying a better brand. The staff are incompetent from top to bottom. My order was not delivered completely and it took almost a year to rectify. No compensation, nothing. They held unto my order for that long and they still mentioned that they don’t have a refund policy. I sent mails upon mails and these mails went months before they were replied. Long story short, bunch of unserious people who don’t know what they are doing.

I have a problem with the amount i was charged for tax. The added tax was over 8.7% of my initial purchase, It’s the highest I’ve paid in all my online shopping experience (and I shop online A LOT) it’s a turn off.
