Matériel de mauvaise qualité (pédale, moteur, frein) et très faible autonomie de la batterie (comparé aux concurents). Réparer une pédale tordue en forçant le filetage du pédalier, c'est ni fait ni à faire. Pour 89 euros par mois, c'est très mal vécu.
J'en ai vraiment marre de votre service DANCE et bloque les prélèvements dans l'attente d'une solution amiable.

Dance is great
Dance is great. Bikes are comfy and easy to ride. Customer service is rapid and very reliable. In one day they repaired a damage I had and when after a month I had an issue they replaced my bike with a better one. I’m honestly very happy with the service and the quality :)

Je suis complètement fan
Je suis complètement fan, je l'utilise tous les jours depuis plus de 2 ans. Je ne vois plus ma vie sans mon vélo Dance. Dès que j'ai eu un souci, quelqu'un vient me le réparer rapidement et à l'endroit où je l'ai laissé. Ils sont de bonnes qualités, pas trop lourd, très maniable. Je recommande à 100% les yeux fermés.

Electric bike to get to places without sweat
I like the visual of the bike and the easy pick-up. I tested the electric bike a couple of months and then decided to go for the yearly payment.
My interactions with the company were painless which is something I value. My motivation for getting an electric bike was to get around the city for work events without sweating too much during the ride. What surprised me is how much more fun it is to bike through the city when you don’t need to worry about red lights, because getting up to speed again after stopping is so effortless.
I have had the bike over a year now and I think I will keep renting it because the repair service is so convenient. Lock it in front of your house and it gets repaired in a day (or basically when you come back from work).
