Excellent service friendly staff clean and tidy clinic 👍

The service was excellent from confirmation of appt to the completion of my appointment.
My dentist Bushra was excellent at explaining what I needed and costs etc, made my decision on treatment easier to make a decision.

I am a new client with Damira dental Petersfield and have had a wonderful experience with them. I joined very nervous and had not been to a dentist for a long time, as very nervous. I picked the perfect team. Vicki, Kim and Bobby are a dream team. Kind, professional and reassuring. 10 out of 10 would recommend .

I went for the airflow treatment. I did have a few concerns because of my medical history but these were discussed prior to treatment and I was happy to proceed. Throughout the process the dentist was informative and sympathetic to my needs. Very pleased with the end result.

I am in the process of having a new set of dentures made. Ladja Meesuwan is the consummate professional, kind, welcoming and clearly highly skilled. She and her team make me feel relaxed whenever I go in and I can't thank her enough. An excellent overall experience.

I broke a tooth 2 days before flying to Africa. I booked an emergency appointment Hopi for a fix and the dentist Hashem Atef removed the tooth. It was a smooth, professional response and the support team (including receptionist) made the problem resolution trouble and stress free - thanks team!

The treatment received from the hygienist was excellent.
However, access to the surgery with a wheelchair user was not at all easy. Lack of space and entrance to surgery was difficult. Proper facilities for a disabled person in a wheelchair is crucial for some patients otherwise it becomes a stressful experience.

I telephoned at 10am requesting an urgent appointment for an infection and was offered one for 15 minutes time. Dr Ruba was excellent as always and sorted my problem out with care and efficiency.

I rated Damira Maidenhead with 3 stars due to my experience with Reception.
Although I had 2 backtoback appointments - one for the Hygenist and then a check-up with the dentist, they failed to inform the dentist that I was waiting. When I checked after 25 minutes, they admitted that they made a mistake and not informed the dentist, but their attitude was not great.
As the reception is the face of Damira, they should have excellent customer service.
This negatively impacted my whole experience.
I did raise my concerns directly with the Office Manager.

But when the dentist says he wants to see you in a week time for another appointment and the young girls on reception get a attitude with ya when you tell them this and give you appointment for 5 weeks time REALLY

Friendly reception staff and professional but approachable dental team really put me at ease on my first visit to a dentist for a while.
I am happy to have registered with a good dental practice. I came away feeling more confident about my teeth and feel happy to have a plan going forward with work needed.

From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner.
I saw acan Yu Wen.
I had 2 quite badly chipped teeth.
He filled them and I was really pleased with the outcome.
I can odd smile again.
Would recommend.
