Dallas Natural Mattress Arvostelua

Not the first time I am using them
And I never been disappointed

Best mattress I’ve ever owned. Nate and Chase in Dallas are knowledgeable and helpful. Highly highly recommend!

Very easy to order. Product was exactly what we were looking for.

Great costumer service! Recommended!

I have searched high and low for several years for the ideal mattress. My husband is 6’1” weighs about 230 pounds and I’m 5’4” and weigh about 110 pounds. We needed a mattress that was firm for both of us, but not too firm for me. Since I am a small person, too firm of a mattress makes my joints hurt. My husband could just about sleep on concrete, lol. We tried an avocado latex that was rated about a 7.5 and I hurt so bad! Then we tried an avocado green mattress which was about 6.5 in firmness and I was still hurting. Before avocado green we also tried a couple of other mattresses that we bought from Costco and those too did not work for us. We also tried adding a cushion topper on top of our Avocado latex mattress, but that did not work either. Then I discovered the Plush Mango mattress and it is the BEST mattress we have both ever owned! It is so very, very comfortable and the pricing is out of this world and extremely reasonable! It is all organic and extremely healthy too. If you read the “about page” the company wanted to provide organic, healthy mattresses for the average, middle-class person and not just for the rich, which I so appreciate about this company! If you are looking for a very comfortable mattress, that is truly not too soft where you sink too much and not too firm where you feel like you’re sleeping on concrete, the Mango Plush is exactly what you want. It gives support with cushion so that neither a heavier or lighter person will hurt and both are very comfortable. As my husband says, “I’m the princess and the pea“, lol, so I’m very particular and the bed needs to be just right for me to be able to sleep comfortably at night and this bed is perfect!!

I've bought mattresses from Dallas Natural Mattress in the past, and my mattresses have always been well-cared for and protected with a mattress protector. I will use them again and recommend them to my buddy because they are truly the most comfy mattresses we've ever slept on.

Love this store. Great prices and James and the staff are super knowledgeable and patient. Even the delivery process is great and not contracted out to some part time employees who don’t care. Most comfortable Mattress I have ever owned, and the fact that it’s safe and organic was such an appeal that I bought my kiddos the same mattress. They care about their customers and their health.

I'm a business owner myself, and I do things like this for my customers, but it's so rare to get this level of attention as a client. Shopping at this place is always a delight. I like the variety and the helpful salespeople. Another reason we continue to buy and recommend Dallas Natural Mattress is because of their excellent customer service and attention.

Good mattresses. My order was delivered on time.

I have purchased 5 mattresses now from Dallas Natural Mattress, ranging from several hundred dollars to several thousand, and have received above and beyond service from James, Chase, and now Nathan multiple times. Most recently, I called and told Nathan how much more I liked sleeping in one of the guest beds I’ve purchased from DNM than my bed (also purchased from DNM but a different model). He confirmed that my mattress has always been treated well and protected by a mattress protector and based on my long time as a customer, offered me an even swap for the model I preferred. I’m also a business owner and do things like this for my customers but it’s so rare to find this kind of service as a customer myself. I am so excited to receive my new mattress, and will only have to pay the delivery fee which doesn’t even go to DNM. I cannot recommend this company enough for finding the right mattress for your home, kids, and family.

Good service and good experience overall.

It’s always a pleasure to shop at this store. I love the selection and the knowledgeable sales people. Great organic beds, pillows, bedding.

We weren’t exactly sure what we wanted and needed. Nathan worked with us to figure out our needs — we had a very smooth experience.

Nathan worked with me to find the best organic pillow and bedding for my needs. Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable!

My wife did much of the communication about what we would need with Nathan over the phone. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us.

Truly the most comfortable mattresses we’ve EVER slept on. The perfect floating-like support from head to toe is evident the moment you lay down. You melt in yet have incredible support at the same time, which has relieved aches and pains. Sleep is incredible!
The customer service and care at Dallas Natural Mattress is the other reason we continue to purchase and recommend to our friends. They truly care and go above and beyond to assure you are completely satisfied with your individual mattress choice— not to mention the detail and knowledge they have of each mattress type and sleeping style.
I cannot recommend DNM enough.

Nathan was fantastic and was very knowledgeable about his product! He was a tremendous help in getting my new mattress delivered and set up the very next day! Many thanks again!

Great people who genuinely want you to have good quality sleep. Love my mattress they suggested and appreciate their help in choosing it.

Go see Nathan at Dallas Natural Mattress if you're in need of anything bed-related. DNM had so many comfortable mattresses it was a bit difficult to choose, but Nathan walked us through the features of each and helped us make an informed decision. He took great care of us during the buying process, and he threw in a free pillow that ended up being my wife's favorite pillow ever. We just bought another one to use when we travel.
