Greg and Drako were absolutely brilliant, they kept me updated as to when they'd arrive, they were very respectful of my new home and they did an absolutely fabulous job, putting together my three beautiful wardrobes.
They worked non stop and I was very pleased with the finished products. I will definitely be buying more furniture from Dako Home, and I'd highly recommend them to family and friends 👍🥰🤗

Don’t stick to their delivery times, even though they give you multiple time slots to pick from. Then not all correct parts. Finally when sofa was finally assembled, it is incredibly weak and wobbly. I think it will last a couple months max

We’re really happy with this corner sofa. The quality is excellent for the price, and it looks much more expensive than expected. Assembly was straightforward and easy to follow, which made the whole process stress-free. Delivery was smooth and the delivery team were polite, professional, and respectful. Overall, a great experience from start to finish — would definitely recommend.

I placed an order with Dako on 28th April with delivery expected for 12th May. Despite this, I only received communication regarding a delay on 11th May, and that was only after I had already emailed them myself on 8th May chasing for an update.

I was then informed that the wardrobe had not even been produced yet and, even now, there is still no confirmed delivery date.

The main issue has been the complete lack of communication and customer service throughout this process. Contact has only been made via email despite me specifically requesting direct phone contact multiple times. I have also been unable to get through to them by phone myself.

For a company taking full payment upfront for large furniture orders, this level of communication is unacceptable. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase for updates days before expected delivery dates.

To make matters worse, the only resolution offered so far has been a £30 goodwill gesture despite the missed delivery expectation, lack of transparency, inability to contact the company properly, and ongoing uncertainty regarding when the order will actually arrive.

Very disappointing experience so far and not a level of service I would expect when spending this amount of money.

After five weeks from originally placing my order, I can now finally leave a review of both the service and the product.

My experience with Dako was mixed. The initial stages were frustrating due to delays, poor communication, and the lack of updates regarding my order. I felt I had to chase for information myself, and the customer service experience fell well below my expectations.

However, once the issues had been resolved, the experience improved considerably. The delivery process was smooth, and the delivery driver was extremely helpful, bringing the wardrobe into the property on his own without any issues. The assembly was also completed quickly and professionally within the scheduled time slot, which made the whole process much easier.

Most importantly, the wardrobe itself arrived in good condition and I am very happy with the finished product. While I still believe Dako needs to improve its communication and customer service during the ordering process, it is only fair to recognise that they ultimately corrected the situation and delivered a quality product.

Overall, this was an experience that started poorly but finished much more positively. The final delivery, assembly service, and product quality have significantly improved my view compared to when I originally left my review.

Quick and clear order confirmation. On time delivery. Great price and quality product, just as described. Easy to assemble for one person. Looks good and feels comfortable to sit on. Loved the free blanket and goody bag 😁

I've ordered corner sofa bed Martha,and the backrest in not on line with lounger backrest and is looking weird and ugly.I don't recommend,poor quality

The process of buying the product and timeline for delivery was perfect.
The most amazing part was the delivery itself, we paid for assembly which means the person only one person came and fixed the whole product by themself within an 1h and it was a super great experience. First time using this service and website and was extremely happy with the choice.

Was straight forward to order my patio set and delivery was quick. I was kept informed about arrival of my furniture and the delivery person was polite, friendly and helpful. I have put the furniture together myself- it was easy to do. I am very pleased with my order. The furniture is sturdy and a good size with comfy cushions. An excellent price too. Now need the sunshine!

Helpful delivery guy, they gave a gift bag which was really nice of them. Fairly simple assembly of couch. Overall happy with the experience.

Delivery driver was very polite nothing too much trouble for him.
And the blanket and sweets was a lovely surprise.
Plus all so kept inform from start to finish
