Overall im happy with the product . Delivery was really good by DX .
The issue was with missing parts from my order(legs), my emails were responded to on the same day, although very apologetic, it took several weeks of chasing up for the parts to be received by post . Very frustrating not to be able to use my garden furniture straight away.

Absolutely love my wardrobe, was apprehensive at first as I haven’t heard of this company but rest assured, great service very prompt and lovely pair of lads! Will be getting all my furniture from here!

Delivered quick, communication awful. No idea what time it was coming on the day.

Instruction manual for setting up, the pictures are so small it’s extremely hard to see what should go where. In addition, there isn’t any instructions for putting the entire corner sofa together so you end up having to figure it out yourself at the end.

The reality I cannot sit on it you can feel the springs due to the foam being so thin. THE SPRINGS LOOK LIKE CHICKEN WIRE I got rid of my sofa on good will and faith in this company so am now sitting on the floor. The company expect me to pay to return something not fit for purpose after making all these claims of comfort.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dako Furniture and their customer service.

We ordered a corner sofa, and the delivery arrived quite quickly. However, when we opened the packages, we realised that the screws required for assembly were missing. I contacted them by email and also tried calling. Days passed, and although I was told the missing screws would be sent, the process kept being delayed.

In the end, I measured the screws myself and bought them from Screwfix so that I could assemble the sofa. However, once I started putting it together, I realised that the problem was not just the missing screws. One of the armrests/side parts of the sofa was also missing.

I assembled part of the sofa, took photos, and emailed them again clearly explaining that I no longer needed the screws because I had bought them myself, and that there was now a much bigger issue: a missing sofa part that needed to be sent urgently.

Unfortunately, I received no proper response. Their phone lines are extremely difficult to get through to, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. After sending several follow-up emails, I eventually received a tracking number and was told that the missing items had been dispatched.

After waiting around three weeks, I thought the issue was finally going to be resolved. However, when the parcel arrived today, it only contained screws. No missing sofa part. It honestly feels like my emails were not even read properly.

This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The product arrived incomplete, communication has been poor, and customer service has been extremely difficult to reach. I am now back to trying to contact them again by email and phone to resolve an issue that should have been handled properly weeks ago.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dako Furniture unless they significantly improve their customer service and after-sales support.

Came well packed and at the time I was expecting it.
Easy to assemble compared to other flat packs I’ve done.
Looks fantastic.

The quality of the wardrobe is very good. I love how spacious it is 😃 I'm glad I got it, it looks amazing.
*Note: It took almost all day to assemble it and the instructions are not very straight forward. Also, ensure you have enough space as you have to build it on the floor and lift it up after.

The item itself is good, however I don't approve of kerbside delivery especially as a single mother I had to drag the sofa boxes up the stairs to my flat. Please provide door delivery service as vulnerable people like myself love your products but shame about kerbside delivery. I did ask the delivery driver to help, but he said no! Please improve and change delivery service otherwise good!

I was so skeptical ordering from here after reading some reviews however I am very glad I just went with it!

Amazing customer service and clear communication when I needed help placing my order.

My new sofa came within a few days after placing the order. I was given a delivery date and they delivered on time! The delivery driver was lovely and efficient.

The sofa is amazing quality! Everyone compliments it. They even threw in a couple of free gifts! A goodie bags full sweets and chocolates and a lovely cosy blanket! Brilliant customer service! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone!
