I've got 5 pieces from Daisy now and on the whole the experience has been a really positive one. I've only had problems with their huggie earrings on occasion and when I wrote a review on them (which was 3 stars) it mysteriously didn't appear on their website so I started to question whether they include any bad reviews. The earrings in question were the Iota earrings, one no longer latched in properly at the back a few months after I got them but I did replace them with a single one and it hasn't had any problems so probably a manufacturing default. Another pair don't leave enough room for the actual lobe when clasped so are very uncomfortable if worn for more than a few hours.

I absolutely love their pieces, they are high quality and gorgeous. Their customer service is also brilliant. I recently ordered a necklace and was sent a free charm as a gift, which I think is such a wonderful personal touch from a company as big as Daisy. I only wear silver and can vouch for the durability of their silver pieces!
