I wish I had thought to read the reviews here, before ordering from this company.
An order I placed well over a month ago never arrived. The courier company’s (EcoScooting) tracking updates were just flat-out ridiculous! On 7 consecutive days, I got the same information: Delivery Attempt Failed - recipient not at home
I certainly was home for at least 5 of those days!
Trying to get a refund from what passes for Daisy and Dream’s client ‘support’ was beyond frustrating. I guess the staff must be on bare minimum wage.
I gave up in the end. No point in adding to stress levels.
My advice? AVOID THIS COMPANY! It’s just not worth the hassle.

I ordered a hooded cardigan from an advert on X/Twitter. I only wish I had checked online for unbiased reviews first. What I received was cheap, thin acrylic and poorly finished. Absolutely nothing like the item pictured in the ad.
I am now attempting to get a refund but I gather from other comments this may be unlikely. They have replied asking my reason for returning the item but having replied I have heard nothing further.

Love the cardigan. Perfect weight for winter in California.

Extremely disappointing – poor product quality and absolutely no customer service

We ordered and paid for a dress from Daisy and Dreams. Unfortunately, the dress we received differs from the advertisement in colour, size, and design. It is simply not what was advertised or what we paid for.

What makes this experience even worse is the complete lack of customer service. We have sent five emails explaining our complaint, yet we have not received a single response.

A company that takes customers' money but fails to deliver the product as advertised and then ignores five attempts to resolve the issue is demonstrating an unacceptable lack of respect for its customers.

We are extremely disappointed with both the product and the way our complaint has been handled. We expected the dress we ordered and paid for, and at the very least, a response to our complaint.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Daisy and Dreams. We strongly advise potential customers to think carefully before placing an order.

The product does not fit. Proportions are all wrong.
I have requested a return three times. There has been no response.

Doesn’t fit, (far to short in bodice) unwearable cheap dress, impossible to return for refund as have to ship to China at own cost. Took three weeks to arrive after order placed. Website looks professional and say they are based in US. They are a dropshipping company shifting very poor quality clothing from China.
Adverts on X Twitter looked very persuasive.
Avoid.

Terrible quality - don't buy
Daisy Fashion and Daisy & Dream are the same scam webshop with misleading photos and fake reviews (all favorable). Daisy & Dream's "Veluna – Crossover V-Neck Midi Dress with Pockets" dress, which looked like cotton in the photo, is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The crossover is way too high, even though the size is correct. It's not worth more than 15 euros. The "Tessara – Women's Artisan Print Midi Dress with Pockets" looked like it was made from linen in the photo, but was also just a 95% polyester and 5% spandex cheap print not fit to be worn in public and definitely not worth more than 10 euros. Shipping took about 10 days, first from China to the Netherlands, then it sat in a local depot for several days. Chinese and local delivery companies had good track and trace systems, but I had to call the local shipper to find out the address of the neighbor where it was delivered. Lesson learned - be very careful buying from webshops that advertise on X (Twitter).
