You are right, you are not an agency. But let's be honest: after I left on October 31, 2025, I created a shop on "Avito" - a platform you refer to as a "flea market for second-hand goods".
Result: from 10/31/2025 to 01/26/2026 (less than 3 months) — 41 sales.
Your result for me over 3 years: 7 sales.
You position yourself as an "international handmade marketplace", but you are less effective than a "flea market". This speaks not about me, but about the complete lack of traffic on your main platform.

2. About "unresolved transactions" - a BLATANT LIE.
You claim that payments are suspended due to "unresolved transactions and refund issues".
Facts:

The money you owe me (over 400 euros) is payment for two art dolls and two dragons.

These transactions were NOT CANCELLED. They were fully completed, the funds were received by you and set for payout.

I have photo confirmation from the client with the finished works and all transaction screenshots. The buyers are happy, the goods are with them.

How can a transaction be "unresolved" when the client received the product almost a year ago?
This is not a "procedural delay". This is the intentional withholding of someone else's money under a false pretext.

3. About fines.
You write that fines for leaving are not applied. Fine. But will there be fines for a platform that brazenly lies about the reasons for payment delays?
The materials and time for those very dolls were paid for out of my own pocket. But I haven't seen the money for them since March 2025. Today is 01/26/2026. 10 months, almost a year, have passed.

5. About comparisons with other platforms.
My experience on other platforms (Etsy, now Avito) precisely demonstrates your extremely low efficiency. The fact that a seller must manually handle complex SEO (the job of a separate specialist), instead of focusing on creativity, speaks volumes.

6. About "low activity".
I am ready to provide a screenshot of the correspondence where your employee accused me of "low store activity". At that time, my store had over 70+ active listings of ready-made goods and custom work. These were not trinkets, but complex art dolls. Such an accusation is simply an attempt to shift the blame for the platform's failure onto the seller.

STATUS AS OF 01/26/2026:
I am still waiting for my 400+ euros, which never reached my account. It's been 10 months. And I am almost certain I will not see them, because your public statements are based on lies, not on the real facts of completed transactions.

A Chronicle of Events:
➖ I opened my shop 3 years ago. In all that time — 7 sales. I brought every single customer myself from DeviantArt and FurAffinity.
➖ Since March, the platform has been withholding my money. The debt is over 400 euros.
➖ When I decided to refund a customer and leave the platform, they threatened me with a 100 euro fine.
➖ In response to my requests for payment, they started making excuses about "blocked accounts," asking for understanding. Meanwhile, they expanded by opening a shop for the CIS market. Website development and maintenance isn't free. It turns out they have money for expansion, but not for paying their debts.
➖ In the end, they accused me of "low activity," shifting the blame for the platform's failure onto me.

The Numbers Don't Lie:
For contrast: on Etsy, over 4 years, my shop made 446 sales. The problem isn't the artist, it's the platform's effectiveness. Even if you count all transactions, including canceled ones, the result here is 10 sales over 3 years. (Yes, their project is much smaller than Etsy, but my shop is far from new—3 years is a significant amount of time for just 10 sales.)

Conclusion:
This platform is ineffective. The penalty system works flawlessly, unlike the payment system. Think carefully before bringing your work, your time, and your nerves here.

Funds are not withheld arbitrarily. In this case, payouts were temporarily suspended in accordance with platform rules due to unresolved transactions and open refund-related issues. All such procedures are clearly described in the User Agreement, which every seller accepts upon registration.

I ordered from Anrydiroc on Daily Doll Shop and am very pleased with my doll. It looks great in person and it arrived to US in about three weeks. Kinda pricey but well worth it for a handmade silicone doll.
