I’ve ordered from D2Chest many times in the past with a significant amount of more items and more rare items. This time it took a lot longer to deliver. They did provide additional Runes, but I was missing an item I ordered.

Hi Javier. We sent you three emails, and you have not replied any of them. Your order was delivered but you opened a dispute, claiming items were not delivered. I even tried reaching out through our private email, in case of any spam filter, and you have not replied to those either. You have not tried to contact us at all, so please do so :)

Bonjour Javier.
Cheap prices and quick turnaround.

(The process was quick. Unfortunately, you forgot my “Highlord's Wrath” amulet. These things happen, and it's no big deal. We'll just have to wait until next time. Still, I highly recommend it!)

Hi there. Our delivery time is stated to be 0-24 hours for Legacy and 0-48 hours for D2R. You ordered for Legacy, but after some time we figured you wanted to order for D2R and not Legacy, which we did not supply at that time, so you received a refund after 19 hours :)

Hi Kriss. We have plenty of gifts available, for orders above 5usd, and we often upgrade stats on items for free. You just have one order eligible out of all you placed. If you place one bigger instead of many small, you would for sure receive some decent gifts :)
