My experience with CXM was extremely stressful and disappointing.

After making profits through trading, my account was suddenly restricted without proper explanation. Trading, withdrawals and transfers were blocked for a long period while support repeatedly responded with the same “under review” messages.

Later, they accused me of “swap arbitrage” and deducted $106.55 from my account through Adjustment ID 4466021. I repeatedly asked them to provide exact trade details, calculation breakdowns or specific evidence to justify this deduction, but they refused and only kept referring to “confidential internal procedures”.

Eventually, they allowed me to withdraw only my remaining deposited funds and then permanently closed my account.

In my opinion, traders should be very careful when dealing with offshore brokers where dispute protection and regulatory oversight may be limited compared to strongly regulated financial institutions.

The most concerning part for me was the lack of transparency throughout the entire process. Serious allegations were made, money was adjusted from my account, yet no proper trade-by-trade evidence was ever provided.

I will continue documenting and sharing my experience across public review platforms so other traders can make informed decisions before dealing with this broker.

I have been dealing with a serious security breach on my account (10017586)but CXM Direct's support team is playing games instead of helping.
When I send emails asking direct, technical questions, they avoid giving a proper written reply. Instead, they constantly try to call me on the phone to confuse me and falsely blame me for trades I never placed from my mobile phone. They are intentionally delaying the resolution by making useless excuses.
When I officially demanded the FULL server logs to prove my account was accessed by unauthorized systems, they completely refused. They only share small, selected pieces of data to confuse the issue and hide the truth. They are completely ignoring the evidence from my own MT4 journal.
This is extremely unprofessional behavior. A good broker provides transparent, written email support and full server logs when a client's funds are at risk. CXM Direct does the exact opposite. If you value your money and want honest support, stay away from this broker.
