Great coffee, great customer service
Ordered as part of a birthday gift, main parcel of coffee arrived promptly and was well packaged. I had ordered a sample box which didn’t arrive, Cwtch answered my email very quickly and kindly sent another box out.
I’m told the coffee is delicious too.

Recommend company & quality of coffee.
The website was really easy to use. The cost of the coffee sachets was really reasonable.
Dispatch was really quick & I was kept up to date with delivery, etc.
Well presented with packaging.
My son was really pleased to receive the coffee samples as a Christmas box gift.
Coffee not sampled yet but given the good quality of packing we are anticipating that it will be good.

Beautiful, fresh coffee delivered from Wales. Delivery was fast and my coffee had that expected fresh ground smell that hit me when i opened the box. Makes a perfect jug of coffee in my filter machine.

I put it in the grinder and 3 cups it was gone.
Not enough to have a good taste.
It was a nice coffee but need to try again before purchasing a 1kg bag

We’re sorry to hear that the 250g bag didn’t feel like quite enough for you to get a full sense of it. Many of our customers find 250g gives a good opportunity to try a coffee before committing to a 1kg bag, but we completely understand that everyone’s brewing habits are different.
We’d love for you to be able to explore the coffee more thoroughly, and if you’d like, our 1kg bags do offer the best value while giving you plenty of room to experiment with different brew methods and settings.

It goes especially well with single cream. We drink a lot of coffee, having invested in a coffee machine that grinds the beans each time, and will definitely come back to Cwtch for more. The emails we've received have a nice tone, and it's a pleasure to support a local business.
