Charles Watson (Ironmongers) Ltd Arvostelua

Very happy with my order. Excellent service.

Item was not delivered, sent email and left message online, response took two weeks, only to say item was not available. So still no goods and having to process a claim through PayPal to reclaim monies already paid.
My experience was not a good one, buyer beware.

The product, worktop end caps were very reasonably priced. It was extremely easy to order and I was kept informed of thier journey. They arrived promptly and are a quality product.

I ordered ERA 353 key blanks, needing the manufacturers ones instead of the clones that were sent.
Clones vary in specification to the manufacturers blanks and when cut are not working for my ERA lock. Tried calling twice to talk it through, no one picked up at the other end.

All ready bought 2 they were just what we wanted and wife wanted 1more.

Exactly what I ask for, good price and arrived ahead of schedule. Great service, would recommend...

Exactly what i wanted, delivered as promised

Item was not available, no offer of sending when it is back in stock. No contact except by email. Disappointed.

Allowed me to order something they don't have, don't answer store number..don't waste your time. I had to get in touch with the company not them contacting me. Do not waste your time

Quality products at a great price

Delivered on time good communication great product.

Very swift delivery, and product seems good ( not yet fully erected). Packaging a bit tight and difficult to remove.

Items sent out quickly and good communication. Ideal for our needs and very reasonable prices.

Website said 1-3 days delivery ordered the product rang them 4 days later to be told it has to come from the manufacturer first it should be with you Thursday that will be 7 days since the order. Golden rule don’t promise what you can’t give

Easy to navigate website. Found a choice of items I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Delivered promptly. What’s not to like!!

After two failed attempts online (with different companies) I finally got what I paid for. I should have came to Charles Watson first. Ordered the weekend before New Year and I didn't expect delivery until after New Year but it arrived New Years Eve. Excellent service and exactly what I need.

Sturdy iron brackets , arrived on time, perfect for the job. Used it to convert a shelf into a standing desk

I located and purchased the product I was looking for through Google Search. The Charles Watson website description was excellent, the ordering and payment process was easy and my item arrived promptly within a few days. The item quality couldn't be any better and I'm really pleased with the overall service received. Well done and thank you.

great service and product, much cheaper than anywhere else I could find, even with the delivery charge. Thanks
