purchased a card from here. The person was engaging and helped when there were problems . This makes a great purchase if you want to give someone a gift card to shop . Price is higher than actual dollar but it's understandable . In any case ,happy to recommend this service!

cutevcc.com is not an official payment service and not authorized, it's a guy from bangladesh issue cards through Pyypl then send card details to your telegram.
but if this card doesn't work he will not refund you and will remove your conversation from telegram then if you make a negative review about him he will go cry to Trustpilot and say your review is fake and let him proof.
The story when i tryed to purchase this card from the fake website cutevcc.com but you will get error while you try to make the payment, then you will move to his telegram groub and he leave his username on every post to contact him private.
i contacted him and asked him if this virtual card is support skrill and he said yes it's support it.
i told him ok, i wanna purchase 5 usd card and he asked me to send 16 USDT to his Binance id.
it's only 14 on his fake website but i said it's ok and i paid the money.
the card didn't work and he asked me to wait a day.
second day it didn't work and he asked me to wait again.
but the card never worked then i asked him for a refund he said there's no refund.
i told him i will write a review about this experience on trustpilot and he immediately removed our conversation

1. service quality is very very very low.
2. seller charges more than the actual rate.
3. you can't pay with this card on websites like Ali Express, or Ali Baba, or if you want to get a premium membership you can't pay them.
4. you can add this card to the Play Store and you can purchase in-game items. But most of the time dollar will be cut from your account and you get nothing in-game (not recommended)
5. seller will not refund you
