This is not a USA-based company, the addresses they supply are not even theirs, one is the UPS store and the warehouse is for another company. I paid to have my order done here, not in China. If I wanted it made in China, I would have ordered from Alibaba, which is what they did then hiked up the price. All I did was pay more money for a service I could have gotten done myself for far much less money. They are not honest and should have to display that they are not producers of the products they sell. Frauds! Last time I do business with them.

These people have no morals! After my grandmother passed away, we canceled her subscription with them a MONTH before the refill. A month later, they sent it anyway and then wouldn't allow for returns. We complained and they finally agreed to give a partial refund if we paid for the shipping. WHY should we be out of pocket anything? None of this was our fault. While that is despicable on it's own, who steals from a family that just lost a loved one. Disgusting. Do not shop with them. I do not know how this company's owners sleep at night.

After I had paid for my order I received an email saying it would take an additional 9 days. I needed it by a certain date and had to cancel the order. Then, after I had paid and after they revealed the 9 day delay, they told me I wouldn't be getting back $10 for a proofing fee. I wouldn't have ordered if knew about the delay. Terrible way to treat a first time customer and I won't be back.

I've been in marketing for 17 years and have worked with tons of various vendors over the years. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had! Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I placed an order for lanyards and requested a specific delivery date. I chose the shipping option that showed a delivery date one week before I needed the product just in case. Four days before the date I selected, I received an email stating that it was delayed and wouldn't be ready for another month. I contacted them to cancel the order since I needed them for a specific event and they told me I would have to pay 70% of the original invoice in order to cancel since it was "already in production." They would not work with me AT ALL. We disputed the charge with our credit card company multiple times and they would fight it every time. Long story short, we ended up just continuing with the order because we weren't going to pay almost $2,000 for no product. We also had to change the shipping address since they would no longer be delivered to the event location and they charged us an additional $35 just to change an address. It took just under 6 months to resolve this with their awful customer service team. They also charged us AGAIN when we decided to continue with the order and it took 3 weeks just to get them to submit the refund. I will never work with them again and can't believe how terrible this experience was. Just an FYI, they are the same company as customlanyards.net and 24hourwristbands.com. Beware if you decide to work with them!

I paid this company $25 extra to have this order produced in the USA. I could see from the UPS tracking that they included me on (1Z985R830461054973) that my order arrived at their office in Houston at 11:37 a.m. on May 5, 2020, from the Foshan Trading Company in China. By 5:00 p.m. on this same date, it was then relabeled and shipped to me. I wrote to them asking for a refund since my order was obviously produced in China and they just remailed it to me from Houston. They offered me no explanation for this. I was hoping to resolve this issue in cooperation with them, but now I see that will not be possible. I should be due a refund for the fee I paid for USA production, and this company should be held to account for their false claims of offering items that are made in the USA.

They have a really fun and easy way of ordering lanyards and reviewing the proof. Our shipment arrived earlier than expected (which is perfect) and the lanyards are exactly what we wanted. We absolutely love them and will be back next time.
