Great workers!
The two boiler men (Scott and Jake) spent 3 days at my house putting a new boiler in a new location. They were excellent, professional workers and I would have given 5 stars if they hadn’t been called away by their office to go to another job, leaving me without hot water for another weekend.

Vastaus yritykseltä Custom Heat & Cool
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, and for the kind words about Scott and Jake — a three-day boiler relocation is a significant job, and we're really pleased to hear they carried it out professionally. We're sorry that being called away mid-job left you without hot water over the weekend; we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. If you'd like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us at office@customheat.co.uk or on 0330 383 0000.

The engineer was excellent
The engineer was excellent. She called shortly before arriving, was very polite and appeared to be very thorough in servicing the boiler.
My only complaint is the use of an AI "person" to call to confirm the booking. I would prefer a real person or a text.
