Not the usual level of service
Should say I have used custom heat many times and received great service. Unfortunately this really wasn’t the experience this time :(
* called out to complete boiler service and LLC on a fully functioning system with no issues
* informed remotely the boiler PCB had failed and invoiced additional £270 for fix
*my tenants left with no hot water for 24 hours as boiler non functioning and as combi boiler no hot water tank
*multiple phone calls to get through to someone who could help with obvious query
* chased 3 emails to accounts team with no response on updated invoice after finally getting through to someone who could help
*called multiple times and phone not answered
*got through and passed to accounts team who then didn’t pickup and answer with phone ringing out
*auto issued a late payment notice when updated invoice hadn’t even been sent through to allow me to pay
Come on customer heat you can do better customer service than this last week #fail

Poor back up service
Your engineer came to service our gas fire Tuesday 13th, she carried out a smoke test and found our floo leaking into the loft. After capping our gas fire and advising us we could not use it until the problem was sorted, she then emailed the office around 9.00am to arrange a survey and estimate of the required repairs. She said we would get a call the same day. It is now Friday 16th and no communication so far. Not impressed

Great people facing skills
