Had to wait a little bit longer than expected for delivery but the mattress and its cover look brilliant. Work still in progress with the conversion so we haven't slept on it yet. Feels as if it's going to be comfortable.

We were sorry to hear you felt the delivery took a little longer than expected. Having checked your order, the end of the advised lead time was 11th August, and we're pleased to confirm that your mattress was delivered ahead of this on 6th August. As each mattress is made especially to order, our current advised lead time is 7-14 working days from the point the mattress enters production.

Fantastic Quality Mattress
I had a bed base built and no standard mattress would fit. I came across this brand and ordered what size and thickness I required. I got a lead time of 7th August which was a wait, but understand these things are made to order. They delivered on the 7th August by Fed Ex. The only criticism is it was just left on the doorstep and it should have been signed for delivery. You may want to check that out with FedEx. Highly recommend this company for a custom mattress
