Outstanding service, and follow up. Shauna goes out of her way to advise and assist and she is an extremely talented professional interior designer. I have purchased lighting and most especially a number of large pieces of furniture ( they stock some lovely and very unusual pieces ) Additionally, I have had them source some difficult to find rattan bedroom furniture and Shauna came up trumps on this . Frankly, I’m difficult to please, but Cusacks have never let me down.

I couldn't fault them. I ordered lights online at the end of November. They informed me of the delivery schedule which I knew would be over Christmas. When the date was getting near I emailed them to see if they were on schedule(because of Xmas). They emailed me back that day. It was slightly delayed (which I expected being the time of year). They emailed me again a week later with the shipment date and kept me in the loop with my delivery date. Everything went accordingly and I would highly recommend them. I liked the fact that when you emailed them they replied in a timely manner and kept you informed. I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

It was a pleasure dealing with them as they were very professional in dealing with my order and went above and beyond in sourcing a light for me .It is our second time dealing with them and look forward to using them in the future.

ordered lights for my mum but unfortunately they weren’t suitable, so we returned them. I requested a refund and was told I would receive a credit note. Despite following up, I still haven’t received it.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the delay in resolving this. The purchasing process was fine, but the after-sales service has been very poor. I wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.

Shauna was such a help to me when I was do the finishing touches to the house. I live in Cork and Cavan would have be too long to travel. All I had to do was send Shauna a few pictures of my house and she came up with great ideas. It was such a easy process.She was always at the end of the phone.Kate

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received following my purchase of a mirror from Cusack Iighting.

At the time of purchase, I paid the delivery charge and was told someone would be in touch the following week to arrange delivery. That week came and went with no contact.

I followed up the following week and was told it would be 10–15 working days for the mirror to arrive. After that period passed without any update, I called again and was told it would be delivered during that week — but again, there was no delivery.

My husband then rang the next week and was told it would arrive by Friday or Saturday at the latest. That deadline passed as well with no delivery or communication. On the following Tuesday, I called again — by now extremely frustrated — and was told it should arrive that day or the next. I specifically asked if someone would call me ahead of delivery so I could ensure someone would be available to receive it. I was assured this would happen.

However, yet again, there was no call. The delivery lorry simply arrived unannounced.

The repeated lack of communication, broken promises, and dismissive attitude from your staff have made this experience incredibly frustrating. At no point was there any apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience this caused.

I have since noticed a number of recent one-star reviews referencing poor customer service and unfortunately, this does not come as a surprise!! I wish I read these reviews before purchasing!

I will not be purchasing from your shop again, nor would I recommend it to others.

WORST company ever dealt with. Zero customer service, extremely rude staff. Loves to argue back that the customer was wrong. Absolutely shocking way of doing “business”. Avoid unless you love buying lights and waiting half a year for them with nothing but hassle all in between. Money hungry.

I live close to Cavan and purchased lights direct in store. After 4 months still parts missing, I got order fulfilled from display items. There was no apology no discount. But even prior to that I had called in store twice and rang at least 4 times. Not once did they contact me.
