Customer Service when things go wrong is bad
My first purchase was positive, my second a complete disappointment.
My order was shipped and didn’t move from drop off depot. After waiting 2 weeks plus pick/pack time, I did request a refund as the company never followed up on the order not moving, despite havin My Business Australia Post. Note: you can see status of orders on MyBus AusPost.
I confirmed I would like a refund & return the products if they ever arrived. Too many bad experiences of chasing parcels in the past.
Well the parcel finally did arrive, I was then hassled for not getting to the post office within 24 hours. I was not provided with a return package slip or was an offer made to pay a reduced return package slip fee by transferring money to company whom get discounted postage.
My Post Office staff were shocked & so were other customers in the busy store. Word of mouth is just as important as reviews.
I sent the products back at my expense of $19.30 & not even a thank you. I am the one inconvenienced and ultimately out of pocket. That friendly customer service disappeared as soon as an issue presented itself, not such a friendly family company afterall. I’m glad they can afford to travel overseas. I just pay medical expenses & now a parcel fee for nothing.
