Do not purchase from here, these will take your money but not deliver the item, when questioned they do not get back to you. You try and get a full refund through PayPal then there’s suddenly admin charges. Even then I’m yet to receive any kind of refund. This is a scam company. Hopefully PayPal will step in.

I ordered item they took money from my account they said I needed further checks before processing but I decided not to proceed. It has been 3 wks and no refund but have been informed they are taking £30 admin fee??? Still no refund and they are now ignoring my emails

AWFUL! Avoid this company. I placed an order over a month ago, provided information and made several zoom consultation appointments that were not answered. After two weeks I requested a refund to go to another provider. I was told there would be a £30 deduction as an admin fee!!! To date I have sent 3 emails and have made two phone calls to this company and I still have not received my refund. Terrible customer service please avoid!!!!!

Terrible company. Do not use. Ordered some medication. Was not dispatched so cancelled order which was agreed and confirmed by phone and email. No refund has yet been issued despite complaints. Steer clear of company. AVOID

That was yesterday afternoon and this morning I received my weight loss medication !! So quick , unbelievable
Medication came well packed , in ice pack within a cardboard box . Also came with sharps box and needles .
I’m very impressed with this company so far it’s all been a great experience

This company is fraudulent. Never sent my items and constantly saying they've refunded me. 8 weeks later still no refund and now ignoring my formal complaint. STAY CLEAR OF THIS CON PHARMACY. Sent over 40 emails to them.

My wife ordered the Mojarro 6 weeks ago still not received it contacted several times and have very little response. They keep saying they’ll dispatch another one because he’s been a lost in the post and nothing ever turns up asked for a refund and still nothing.

Shocking ! Scam ! Never received my medication or money back , will be reporting to trading standards

Absolutely appalling. SCAMMERS. I placed an order and cancelled it minutes after in writing as I ordered the wrong product. After several emails about their system being down and then despite having cancelled, receiving texts to say my order was on HOLD, I was still being sent generic emails about my order.
I requested this refund be processed on the 22 March , and have followed this up since with 5 separate emails requesting this refund be processed. I have had no response from the previous email and have not received a refund. 8th April. This is unacceptable and a complete scam.
I will have to pursue this via credit card company and trading standards. AVOID.
UPDATE. received all the money back via my credit card company, please try this route if you to have been scammed.

Im very happy with Cured Pharmacy.
I applied for GLP1 medication this morning and filled out my questionnaire and by late afternoon my prescription was confirmed.

Not even worthy of one star. I asked for my order to be cancelled and was told rest assured that after the scheduled video consultation your order will be progressed. Well I have wasted half an hour of my valuable time not had anybody contact me , no message reminder an hour before,seems like the customer needs to send them a reminder. Utter disgrace. I have deep concerns now on when I will be refunded. They did not even respond and the WhatsApp number they give you cannot be reached the office/landline number comes up as office closed. I would appreciate if someone could let me know which regulatory body you reported these cowboys to.

Over the past month I have ordered two lots of Mounjaro medication (£225) each payment.
I have received nothing from the company.
After several emails back and forth I still have not received any medication or any payment refunds.
This company can not be trusted and I have reported them to their governing body.
Please choose someone else to provide your medication and give this company a miss.

I never received any medication inside my order only a plastic box?

I'm on week two of my first jab and the pen I jammed and unusable. Not resolved, unable to contact by phone and emails now undeliverable. Extremely disappointing customer service...
