I'm using it now for 1 month and i dont see any difference.

De 90 dagen refund is erg ingewikkeld; zo moet je elke maand een foto van jezelf sturen om te laten zien dat het niet werkt. Het werkt namelijk niet. Maar dat wist ik gelukkig door een andere review!
Geld terug voor het apparaat kreeg ik pas na een maand heen en weer mailen. Geld terug voor het serum kreeg ik niet, dus kennelijk valt dat niet onder de 90 dagen garantie, al beweren ze anders op de site.
Vreselijk bedrijf dus. Niet kopen!!

The Curaid face massager device is well packaged, simple and clean. The design of the device is very ergonomic and anti-slip and easy to clean, charging is fast via a standard USB A cable. When used with the serum you have 3 types of vibrations, there are all relaxing in different ways but very stimulating at the same time, leaving a feeling of lightness on the face like an after-scrub treatment. The red and blue LED function with attached hot and cold is truly the most stunning part of the device. With the red LEDs and the heat you feel a pleasant numbness and the serums seem to be absorbed more easily into the skin of the face. The blue LED leaves a fresh ice effect on the face, immediately lightening the redness of the skin. I suggest you use it at the end of the treatment. Final rating 9.5 out of 10. I LOVE IT !! Congratulations Curaid, Well Done!!.

They promise you gifts you never receive!! Then say they are out of stock yet are still selling them on the website--- I have to use PayPal to sort out the "error". The creams are not of outstanding quality and the device is fairly good but it would work with any regular cream and exfoliator. I would not buy again nor recommend... I have tried and tested almost all their serums and creams and have moved on to greener pastures (better creams and serums).....

The websites home page says it gets 4.5 'Excellent' stars on Trustpilot. It doesn't - it gets 3.1. You can always tell it is suspicious when they use the Trustpilot graphic and not the official embedded version which links through to Trustpilot website.
I think Trustpilot should make them remove it or change it.

recieved curaid used it one day the second time it took some time to come on it seems to work now I will use it for a while a give update

After using the device for 3 week consistently together with the special serum, I do not really see any positive effect yet. Not close to the promotional video'a that are shown on social media.

Hi! After habing the device for 2 weeks using it daily with the botox crema I still SEE no change at all ....

I ordered the device, but wanted to send it back. It already seemed unprofessional, because there is no telefon-number or adress on the webpage. I contacted them several times per Mail, but they didnt wanted to give me an adress or returnlabel to send the device back. I didn t open the device so you have the EU right to send it back within 14 days. I will explore my options, if they still not cooperate.

I really like their Peptide serum! My skin feels hydrated and with a great texture after using it.

Das Gerät kam spät an. Die Kältefunktion funktionierte nicht richtig, stattdessen wurde das Gerät warm. Die beworbenen Vorteile blieben aus.
Nach langem Hin- und Herschreiben mit dem Kundenservice kein Ergebnis. Es entstand der Eindruck, man wolle nicht helfen. Die Nachrichten wurden nicht richtig gelesen, vielmehr wurde am Thema vorbei immer wieder auf die Rückgaberichtlinien verwiesen. Nach langem Schreiben habe ich den Vorfall bei der Polizei angezeigt. Auch hier gab es bislang kein Ergebnis. Ich habe also ein nicht voll funktionsfähiges Gerät erhalten und dieses wurde nicht zurückgenommen. Kurz: Betrug.

I was genuinely close to buying this product until I actually did my homework. What I found completely stopped me.

First, the website heavily leans on “doctor endorsements.” The problem? I couldn’t verify them. The faces shown on the website don’t clearly match any credible professionals, so I decided to dig deeper. One of the doctors listed, Dr. Laurent Moreau, was easy enough to find on LinkedIn. I reached out directly. His response was shocking: he does not know this company and has never collaborated with them. That alone was enough to seriously raise alarms.

Then there’s the formula. For a product that penetrates the skin, I was stunned to see fragrance (orange peel) listed as an ingredient. That’s an absolute no-go for me. Fragrance is one of the most common irritants, and including it in a micro-infusion product shows either ignorance or carelessness, neither inspires confidence.

The manufacturing story is another mess. On the website, they claim the product is manufactured in Riga. But when you look at the actual box, it clearly states “Made in China.” On top of that, the company itself is registered in Cyprus. Maybe there’s an explanation, but none is clearly communicated and this kind of inconsistency does not create trust, especially for a product used on the skin with needles.

They also claim the product is tested in the EU, yet there is no certificate, documentation, or reference provided anywhere. No lab name, no test number, nothing. These are big claims with zero proof.

My honest advice: stay away. This does not feel transparent, credible, or safe. In my opinion, it looks like a scam dressed up as a premium skincare device.

quick delivery, good product

The first product I ordered didn’t arrive and they didn’t respond to my inquries. I left a negative review and they responded immediately. I feel the company is serious.. but honestly who sends a mechanical product without an instruction book? I just received a response to an email in which I asked how to use it… let’s hope it is valid!
