I just painted a face mask with the blackest black and I am completely happy and surprised how black that is - it almost matches with my sense of humor ;-)

Placed my order in early Feb (2026) and haven't received it yet (May 2026)... I emailed and asked for a refund and they have not been responsive and clearly don't care. It seems like this is becoming a common complaint in the last year or so. Honestly feels like I got scammed and it's super frustrating.

Ich warte auf zwei Lieferungen, eine von ende 2024 und die andere von Ende 2025. Nachdem auf meine Nachfragen Monatelang gar nicht reagiert wurde, werde ich nun seit Monaten beschwichtigt dass man nach verfolge wohin die Lieferungen verschwunden sind. Und man mich auf dem Laufenden hielte wenn es Neuigkeiten gäbe. Bis heute habe ich meine Artikel im Wer von ca. 1000€ nicht erhalten. Man könnte hier schon von Betrug sprechen!

Ich rate jedem davon ab von dieser Firma Artikel zu kaufen da das Risiko keine Ware zu erhalten immense hoch ist. Und da ggf. die Lieferzeit sehr sehr lange sind bemerkt man erst nach Monaten dass die Ware wohl gar nicht mehr ankommt.

Never received my products. It's been a year now!!! I have send numerous e-mails, only to get answers from a bot. No costumer service at all.

Makes great niche items for a very fair if not cheap price.
Only issues are stock availability.

If I could rate them ZERO stars I would! I placed my order a month ago, tracking said my order was shipped, it was supposed to arrive in 9 days.. well the day before it was supposed to arrive tracking said that “it could not ship to my address. Days after it was supposedly shipped out and well on its way and about to be delivered. And tracking now said it was “returned to sender” so they were getting my order back to them. I pointed this out in email, and they confirmed that my order was sent back to them! I had a commissioned project that I lost a lot of money on because of their horrible customer service which I believe is AI generated. It keeps saying that they “will be in touch very shortly” and don’t respond until days later!! That response is some BS to pretend like they are actually doing something!
I have asked for my order to be cancelled and told them that I want a refund, and still no clear answer from them on this!!!

This company sends out an email talking about how they “are a small team” yet completely screwed over a small business like me on my very first order with them! I will NEVER order from this company again! And I recommend no-one else does! Apparently I’m not the only person with this type of issue with the company! This feels like a scam!

The worst company I have ever come across, I have waited 10 weeks for my order, I have contacted Culture Hustle and Stewart Semple so many times and have got absolutely no proper answers to when I will receive my goods or how to get a refund! DO NOT USE!
Stuart Semple Has taken my money and not fulfilled the order and will not give me a refund.

There was something going on with shipping, but the seller was super cool about it and made the effort to check on it for me. So customer service is top notch.
