I have ordered a hoodie and the quality was poor, so i decided to return it. I was waiting for the label for return more then a month. Culture 28 received this hoodie on 17.03.2026. And i am still waiting for the refund. My mails on support are ignored.

I ordered a hoodie a few weeks ago and I didn’t receive a Track & Trace notification. After a week I sent them an email to request an update which never got a reply. Two weeks later they cancelled my order without any of my input. I tried contacting them once again but no reply. Terrible experience, was really looking forward receive to hoodie…

Great company overall. The company sell good high quality clothes delivery is fast and I’ve yet to experience a problem with either customer service or delivery process.
Have been buying clothes from there for about three years and never had a problem, so like I said before overall great company!

Geen antwoord op mails gekregen, retour zonder enige reden geweigerdt. Heb de retour na het passen gelijk terug gestuurdt dus daar moet niks mis mee zijn. Zou eerder door de verzending moeten komen, Retour werd pas in behandeling genomen na 3 weken. Ga het nog hoger opzoeken heb zo iets nog nooit mee gemaakt.

Een goede communicatie wanneer de levering iets langer duurt dan voorzien. Directe terugbetaling van goederen die ze niet kunnen leveren. Geweldige kwaliteit van t-shirts, sweaters en joggingsbroeken. De afbeeldingen komen overeen met wat je krijgt.

Wirklich schöne Stücke
Auch wenn die Lieferung etwas länger gedauert hat bin ich sehr glücklich mit den Kleidungsstücken und werde bestimmt nochmal bestellen. Die Aufdrucke und die Schnitte sind wirklich sehr sehr schön!

Goede communicatie.
Goede service, het duurde iets langer dan normaal maar daar kreeg ik al snel bericht van binnen de 2 dagen die ook aangegeven staat op de site.
Shirt is lekker en maat klopt met wat er op de site staat aangegeven.
Van het weekend al aangehad naar een festival en kreeg er een compliment over dat het een vet shirt was.
Ik ben zeer tevreden en overweeg zeker om hier misschien nogmaals terug te komen.

I ordered a hoodie from culture 28. It took a long time before it got here but when it came I loved it and it was a beautiful hoodie. The customer service was also very good. They almost immediately responded to my mail!
