Wrong product sent!
After waiting for 10 days I received the wrong cigars. I need to know how are you going to handle this i.e. if I am to send you back the cigars you sent me in error who will pay for the shipping, because this is not my error.

Yes, you are right. As soon as you email us I responded to you. You were actually super upset and all I said was, no worries, it not fault we are going to fix it and you won't have to pay extra. I was in the process to resolve the issue. It was a human mistake. Instead, you decided to keep the money and the wrong cigars. Plus give us a bad review without even allow us to resolve the issue. You waited 10 days wich is exactly the time it takes to get to Priddis, Alberta T0L1W0. That only tells you we ship the cigars immediately. International Shipping takes that or more. Have a wonderful day and enjoy the free cigars.

Tony. I am really sorry about this but I review the order and there was nothing wrong with it. You place the order on June 12 (probably in the evening) and the shipment was done on the 13, next day. We use Priority Mail so this is 2-3 days depending on the area. It is stated in the website. The Factory Throwouts #49 Cigars - Sweets Bundle of 20 were in perfect conditions and super fresh. Well Packaged. To give us a 1 start review?

This was my first purchase from Cuenca Cigars. They had the best price and free shipping! This is actually the 2nd box of cigars I've bought online, my first from Cuenca. It took a few days to ship out, but showed up super fast after it was in the mail. I'll definitely be ordering again! The cigars showed up at the correct RH and were packaged safely!

Good Prices....If only they.....stocked more of my cigar....could get them to me in less than 2 weeks
