The cue was delivered in two days, brilliantly packaged and excellent value for money (Black Friday offer). The little bag of sweets included was a thoughtful touch, although the wife got to them before me! Will definitely use this company again.

Great prices during Black Friday sales. So I took advantage and purchased a few cues that I've been meaning to purchase for a while. 1 off 57 inch cue for general use for my quests. I also purchased some shorter cues for the kids to play. 1 off 48 inch and 1 36 inch. Delivery was as promised. The 36 inch cue turned up damaged and I contacted customer service and they sorted it out without issue. Replacement cue turned up the next day. Thanks Dan for the great customer service, spot on!

Cue advertised as weighing between 20 and 21oz, cue received actually weighs 18.5oz. Sold on to a friend who was happy with the weight, otherwise I would have to have sent it back. Cues don't seem to be checked before being dispatched.
