Incorrect Delivery
This is my second experience with Cuddles Pet Store. In the first time all gone very well, no complaints. But in this time the products were delivered in my previous address. When I order online I put the correct address (my New apartment D22EWK2) but for some reason DPD delivered in my old apartment (D24TR8P).
I hope the next time everything gonna be well.

I would like to apologise for the error in the delivery, we do double check addresses as we book dpd, however on this occasion it did not happen properly for your order.

My first order arrived fast and well packed however I had an issue with a one item and let the manager know.
He was beyond helpful and immediately resolved the problem within ten minutes of me emailing. I placed another order and everything arrived on time and well packed. I’m a cat rescuer and foster so getting various food items for specific needs is really important and I can honestly say I won’t shop anywhere else for my cats. I have put my sister and fellow rescue workers onto the site and they are also making their next order.
Thanks Cuddles pet store online warehouse orders and especially the manager who was fantastic.
I’d give 6 stars if I could! L.

I've used Cuddles a couple of times and will continue to do so. The website is easy to use, .. the range and prices of products are good. Delivery is quick, usually the following day, .....the customer service is excellent. I would recommend Cuddles Pet Store to anyone. They also have a good app.

Fantastic, speedy online service
I have only dealt with this company online, but their service is fantastic. Very competitive prices for the kitten food I order, and even if I order late in the day, my order nearly always arrives next day. Highly recommend!
