Cubitts Arvostelua 

This is my second pair from Cubitts and the experience has been very disappointing.

The customer service team has been polite and quick to arrange exchanges, but the quality control just isn’t there. My replacement frame arrived with scratches again, even after I had stressed how important it was that the new pair be checked before sending.

When you pay a premium price you expect the basics to be right, and receiving scratched frames twice really takes away from what the brand is meant to stand for. I shouldn’t have to compromise on something like this.

It’s a shame, because I do like the design, but this experience has put me off buying from Cubitts again.

I have been buying my glasses from Cubitts for the last 3 years. But recently went to Cubitts Islington for a eye test.
Just thinking I just needed new glasses.
Thank goodness I did the amazing optometrist Krupali had found a macular hole in the back of my eye, Cubitts have
the most amazing scans and equipment which showed up the hole.
I cannot thank them enough from the young lady on the reception, to Jon the manager so kind and reassuring.
By the time we had got home a referral had been sent to my GP who will hopefully refer me to Moorfields eye hospital
Amazing service. Thank you so much, I will return for new glasses, once the hole is fixed.

I travelled a long way to get my new glasses from Cubitts, I could not find anywhere locally that did stylish and sturdy eye wear that could be repaired if broken. Varifocals are expensive and it is wasteful and a financial disaster when a damaged arm means they have to go in the bin. The staff at Cubitts Monmouth street were amazing, and very friendly, helped me chose some very cool frames. The optician gave a very individual service and was very thorough. I collected my new Varifocals by last week and could not be more pleased, I have already had B lots of compliments too.
One small point - could you open a branch in Bristol or Bath? We need you in the South West!

I am a bumbling creative type and therefore lose everything, all the time. Many times.

I have ordered the same pair of glasses from Cubitts on approx 10 occasions. I have yet to have a bad experience. Actually, I have yet to have an experience that could be classed as anything but fantastic.

I recently had a pair go missing from my mailbox, and had an email exchange with Kyrene in which her response was so lovely, thoughtful and hilarious that it is, in itself, a work of art.

I actually read the email out to my friends last night and there was a general consensus that it was THE perfect tone. Great company, great glasses, great people.

5 times at least screw keeps coming out and refitted .

To be honest, its been a long time since I experienced such wonderful service. From the very first emails with inquiries to the delivery of the product much earlier than planned. The glasses are amazing. I will definitely come back.

I love Cubitts. The glasses are stunning and very reasonably priced, considering how stylish they are. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Always happy to do a free re-alignment or fill up your cleansing solution for free. The optometist diagnosed an issue with my eyes and recommended a solution that will transform my vision.

Had such a brilliant experience with the team at Cubitts Broadway Market. Friendly, fun, flirty — yet always professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I live in Japan, so timing was tight, but they kindly squeezed me in for an appointment and later shipped my new glasses all the way over — beautifully packaged, I might add. The service from start to finish was flawless. The shop itself is also a gem — located in a beautifully restored old pie and jellied eels shop, full of character and history that they’ve really respected in the renovation. A lovely extra touch: my partner came with me wearing a one-off designer pair of glasses (not Cubitts), and one of the team offered to buff them up. They came out looking like a brand new pair. No charge. No fuss. Just genuinely thoughtful service. Couldn’t recommend them more. A rare mix of style, substance, and sincere care. Thank you!

I forget the name of the person who helped me (they had the Romily glasses in red!) but they were so kind, so helpful, and so attentive! Made my experience great, tbh everyone at the London Fields location is so friendly and brilliant.

The staff in the Brighton store are so knowledgeable and friendly. Then again, I’ve also been to a few of their London stores as well - all the staff are top notch! Great selection of top quality, stylish and durable frames.

Every time I visit one of the London stores the staff are fantastic. It really makes a big difference to my purchasing decision. I bought the black Balmore and they are perfection. The celadon version are going to be my next purchase!

All around a very pleasant experience buying my first pair of prescription glasses. Gabriel in particular was very helpful and accommodating and put me at ease straight away. I had to come back for an adjustment to the prescription and everyone was great every time I was in there.

Thought it was really exceptional customer service that they added nose pieces at no extra charge, not even paying courier fees. Really makes the brand stand out as going all out to ensure customers are really delighted with their glasses. I love mine!

A friend recommended that I try Cubitts, with the comment of the best optometrists' experience ever - and they were so right, and glad I moved. Every part is how you'd expect a proper optometrist to be - super helpful and friendly staff, thorough examinations with no pressure or rushing, to decent priced frames. I'd highly recommend you try for yourself; you won't be disappointed.

I wear an extremely high prescription And I can’t believe how well these glasses have worked for me They are by far the thinnest I’ve ever had and have increased my confidence.

Ordered online was then told I needed a more recent prescription. Did that and submitted and was then told all was fine and glasses are being processed. 5 days later I sent an email to chase and was then told they needed more information and nothing had been done. If I hadn't chased i would never have known. I asked for any kind of compensation for the poor service and was told they don't offer this despite it being their fault my glasses were a week late due to their error. Such poor customer service for a great product.

I was then contacted by the customer service team once I posted a review. I gave them all the details of what happened and never heard anything back from them. Compounded my overall very poor service.
